It took a year to complete the build. Signed the purchase agreement in early May, 2011, closed around April 29, 2012. I was promised completion in September or October, 2011, then December 30, 2011, then March, 2012. Numerous problems during the build included but not all inclusive: - a window where a doorwall was supposed to be. They even started to brick after I pointed out the mistake. - the selections the builder provided were discontinued - sump pump installed in my unit instead of adjoining unit as I requested - roofing done after heavy rains - dormers with wood misaligned - carpeting switched with my neighbor's, then switched back and pieced together instead of replaced - hardwood flooring scratched, nicked, split, buckled. Hardwood flooring (3/4 of condo) was replaced after I moved in. Had to move all my furniture into the garage for two weeks. This is the second time I've had a new condo built. I didn't have anywhere near the problems I had with this one. It was the worst experience ever. So I cannot, in all good conscience, recommend this builder. After over two years of occupancy, I still do not have nine items on my original warranty list completed. If you use this builder, be prepared to wait, wait, wait. And be prepared to accept sub par work on almost everything done. Note, they use sub contractors for all work.
