TOM'S SMALL ENGINE REPAIR

Great work Fast and just called and pick-up and delivered quickly

I dropped off a gas powered edger to be repaired at Tom's Small Engine Repair. It seemed that where was a minor problems with the gas line. I was told that they would look at it in a day or two, with repair in a week or two. After two weeks no one had looked at it yet. After a somewhat heated conversation about the length of time, I was told that every other repair shop had a 7 week time frame for repair. I gave them one more week (since they are a new local business and I bought the edger from Tom years ago at his past employer). I called on 6/18/08 and was told by Ed (the counter man who only answers the phone) that Tom MAY look at it on 6/19/08. I called other places and was informed that they have a 4 day wait for service. I'm picking the edger up tonight and dropping it off somewhere else. I will never do business with this place again!!! Tom needs more help, and Ed needs to learn how to do repairs to catch up on the amount or repairs in the shop.
