I notified them the moment we received it with my concerns. The first problem was that the color of the top of the table didn't coincide with the pedastool at all. They said it was the lighting, but it was not. They called coorporate, but I never received any communication back. The woman then finally contacted me and blamed the lighting again. I A refinisher came out to write a letter to the company, and he said that in 35 years of his experience in the industry, he confirmed that it was not lighting. Then we had pealing, which they blamed our house for being too dry. Then splitting occurred. Poor manufcaturing was the cause. I asked if they could refinish the table for me, but they will not return my calls. We had good esperiences in the past with the people in the store, and the staff was very friendly, but I was very disappointed with this experience.
