Took awhile to get started and they were not great at communicating where they were in the process. They were willing to negotiate a little on price, but it still seemed a bit high to me given the lot was in a subdivision. I had to call several times to see if they had what they needed to start, when they would start, when they would finish, etc. Seemed a little harder than it should have been, BUT they did provide an acceptable survey to the Title Company.
