+ -1 moreMr.Cone is an excellent builder/contractor. His crew was always on time. They would clean up everyday. Mr. Cone would be present to check on sub-contracted work. Mr. Cone was supportive of us individuals, who wanted to do a little sweat equity on our own. He would also offer how to do it suggestions.
Description of Work: We had a bathroom, family room and office romm completed in the basement.

+ -1 moreMark was a pleasure to deal with. He was upfront and honest in all his dealings with us and would respond promptly to any of our queries. All of his employees/subcontractors were also very polite. Even though his was not the lowest bid for the project, I had a recommendation for him from a friend and was glad I went with him. The fit and finish on the basement is top-notch (and even better than the original floors of the house in some aspects). We've been very happy with the basement that we've had for over a year now. It's a great refuge in the fall where we can watch our beloved OSU Buckeyes on football Saturdays. :-)
Description of Work: Conecraft finished my basement which included 1 bedroom, 1 office, 1 family room/home theater, and 1 bathroom. Handled all aspects of the construction from framing, to inspections, to flooring. They also went to the original builders of the house to ensure that all the fixtures and trim work matched what was used through the rest of the house.
