Mr.Cone is an excellent builder/contractor. His crew was always on time. They would clean up everyday. Mr. Cone would be present to check on sub-contracted work. Mr. Cone was supportive of us individuals, who wanted to do a little sweat equity on our own. He would also offer how to do it suggestions.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with. He was upfront and honest in all his dealings with us and would respond promptly to any of our queries. All of his employees/subcontractors were also very polite. Even though his was not the lowest bid for the project, I had a recommendation for him from a friend and was glad I went with him. The fit and finish on the basement is top-notch (and even better than the original floors of the house in some aspects). We've been very happy with the basement that we've had for over a year now. It's a great refuge in the fall where we can watch our beloved OSU Buckeyes on football Saturdays. :-)
