Mike McDaniel is thorough and a nice man. He did a great job without disturbing anyone in the office. I will definitely use him again for other projects.

1. The Technicians met me at the retail store to pick up the appliance on time, and carefully packed it up for transit to my house. 2. They were very creative at getting the appliance into the house, and fitting it into the available space with no damage to the appliance or trim. 3. They were very patient despite the need to remove doors to get the old appliance out, also remove doors to get the new regridgerator inside. 4. They removed the old appliance, and took it out. 5. They connected the water line to the icemaker, and ensured that it worked. 6. They removed a trim piece to get the appliance into place, took it back to their shop and modified it, and returned it to my house within 2 days. Overall, they did an excellent job. Their pricing was a bit higher than I expected, but overall was a good value for the service they provided.

Though he was not able to do the repair, I appreciated him coming out as scheduled and being honest.
