We were having difficulty finding a property management company to handle the rental of our Bay City home when we moved out of state and were becoming quite frustrated with the situation. Someone threw out the name ASAM and we contacted them. From the very beginning they were easy to get in contact with, prompt with information and answered every question we had. We couldn't find any recommendations, so we took a chance and signed a contract with them to manage the rental. So far it has worked out great. They found us a qualified renter and continue to take care of any detail that needs to be done. They were the only company that we found that actually followed thru with their promises. They provide good service for a reasonable price. Thank you Ann, and your team.
