All N1 was able to fit us in earlier than first anticipated in their schedule and let us know of the change. They came out the next day, tore down our old deck and hauled it away.
They then came back and proceeded to rebuild our deck, improving on the original design and stability. They showed up every week day as promised, except during some rain (and they let us know in advance that they would not be here if it rained too hard). They were punctual, courteous and very obviously know their business well. To stay on schedule, they worked late as needed.
Where appropriate, they let us know when there would be any choices for us to make, and deviations in design, or any changes in materials. The end result is a beautiful deck that is MUCH more solid and safe than the old one, where every piece is done perfectly. They took their time and built it extremely solid and made sure it was appropriately bolted together and bolted to the house, that all of the lumber used was in great condition and set properly.
