Bruce was very professional. He returned my call promptly, arrived when he said he would, and discussed the job thoroughly to make sure he understood what we wanted. I liked that he left us a folder containing information on the bid and their company. They pressure washed the house and did a very good job. We have had damage in the past from pressure washing. The painters were very good, arrived on time and worked effectively. They were very accommodating to our schedule. The house looks great! I would hire them again.

Project was completed beautifully. The team was friendly, courteous and professional. Project management was spot on with regular communication regarding schedule and what to expect. The team left a clean worksite at the end of the day and treated our house like it was theirs. Their goal clearly was to satisfy the customer - which they did!

The work was completed in a very timely fashion. I think the quality was very good, and the workers were very pleasant and efficient.

We had a lousy experience with Certapro. Aside from arriving on time every morning, the subcontracted painters were sloppy, messy and lazy. After each day of painting we spent hours vacuuming paint chips and dust, and cleaning paint splatter off floors, counters and toilets. They spilled paint on the bathroom tile floor and got paint on our carpet requiring professional cleaning. The tarps they used to cover our furniture and beds were filthy, and they didn't use any tarps to cover the floors - which is why there was so much paint to be removed. One crew came back to remove the paint on the floors, light fixtures and counters but put no effort into it. At every opportunity we were made to feel like we were being picky or too demanding. If you are looking to have fast painters slap paint on your rental property or apartment complex, this is a good choice. But if this is your home, and you have pride in how it looks and value your painting investment, I would never recommend Certapro. They do not stand behind their satisfaction guarantee, they do not find ways to make things right and they do not make you feel like they value your business at all. Every conversation with the Troy CertaPro lead made me wonder why we agreed to use CertaPro in the first place.
