First rate job done by the crew. Removed large tree and cleaned up all the debris.

They did wonderful, quick work removing two trees from my backyard. They were efficient, taking care not to damage any of my landscaping, even moving a bush and replanting it when they were completed. Cleaned up the yard very well, leaving no additional work for me to do. Great attitudes and personality. Thanks Chris!

Side note: While the team was excellent, I thought Chris (who I spent a great deal of time going over the job with and was the main reason I chose his company over others) would be onsite. Very professional. Came right out Sunday morning after I called to give an estimate on a fallen tree.

The owner, Chris, was able to meet with me on short notice and listened to what I needed done. He then explained how he priced projects according to time needed to complete the tasks and not price per tree, shrub, etc. The agreed upon cost was very reasonable and Chris was able to get a team started within two days. The entire project took three and a half days to complete (Chris estimated 4), during which time the team worked very diligently to complete all required work. At the end, four trees (one over 60 feet tall) and a bramble bush were removed and another maple tree trimmed as called for in the contract. However, Chris also had one of the team members to walk the property line and trim a lot of low overhanging limbs that could cause me issues in the future. This was his way of getting full usage of the man hours allotted while adding to my already high opinion of The Tree Guys service. Every member reflected customer respect and satisfaction, qualities hard to find these days and instilled by Chris Gloss. Communications between Chris and myself were always timely and contract paperwork handled quickly by Elizabeth in the office. Top notch outfit and highly recommended.

Did a good job and performed service as contracted. They removed the roots better than I expected. The only thing that I would recommend is that they used plywood or other material to reduce damage to grass outside of the root removal area.

They were very considerate of the neighbors. Came back so they could remove branches that were over the neighbors driveway. Did a good job.
