WOLVERINE CARPET & FURNITURE CLEANERS

I had a suitcase that was mishandled by an airline and desperately needed cleaning. The folks at Wolverine were fantastic to work with--they were responsive, professional, and worked really hard. I cannot thank them enough. When we need are carpets and upholstery done in the future, they are who I will contact. Thank you, Wolverine!

They were very knowledgeable, informative, polite, and professional. Cleaning and repairs explained to me and done very well. Slightly late delivery due to new employee placing my order in the wrong file was corrected quickly, politely, and professionally. I MAY have been able to get the job done cheaper, but was unable to obtain estimates from other nearby carpet cleaners; size and weight of rugs made it prohibitive for me to bring them in.. Extra charge for pick-up and delivery even though I am well within 10 miles of their boundary limits. Location is a bit difficult to find, as they are situated well back of the main road. Unbeknownst to me, a smaller rug was rolled up in a much larger one. They phoned me and held it until my pick up or their delivery with no added fee. I greatly appreciated their honesty and cooperation.

It took about a week to get an appointment, when they showed I asked for multple projects to be including cleaning carpet in 3 rooms, one chair and some cushions. They measured every inch to be done and showed me a bill for $550 and I was shocked, told them to just do the family and living room. There equipment was good and they spot cleaned many areas but never moved anything in their way, charged me for carpet under the chairs without cleaning and seemed angry that I was not buying more services and left as soon as possible. They guys are looking for suckers to spend huge amounts of for services and were lazy and unfriendly.

Good experience. Quality of the work was good. We had a rug cleaned that I had originally thought I would have to throw out due to my dogs. They cleaned the rug and removed all stains and odors.

They are great. It was pretty involved because I didn't want any chemicals used and he did one of the rugs by hand. He is very honest, hardworking and knows his stuff.

They did an exceptional job cleaning my rugs. I was extremely impressed with the job they did. For area rug cleaning, they are exceptional! I have looked for a good company for a long time, and I finally found the right one. They are also reasonably priced.
