I discontinued their services because at the time I wasn't at the home very often, and I didn't think I needed them. They came out every month. It was kind of expensive. I just didn't see the benefit of it. I didn't have any problems with them.

It went well. They are still doing it.  It was quite a bit, I thought. The first visit was $127, then after that  $77. The price was expensive. The quality is fine.

I was impressed at his thorough approach, and affirming that the follow up was entirely no cost.

Excellent customer service! They were not punctual; forty-five minute late. The service was performed promptly, with no evidence of infestation within 24 hours. Had to contract for multiple applications of pesticide applications.

They were excellent. We were inundated with spiders and ants. We wanted to be careful because this is a daycare. They would come out on Saturday to spray because we didn't want to spray it while the kids were there. There was a difference after the service; the ants disappeared and the number of spiders went down considerably. I would recommend them to others. One time they were quick to come back out when we weren't there.

Excellant.... after one application the carpenter ant problem was gone. I would recommend Orkin again. They were very professional.

I have a contract with them. I don’t have to be at home when they come. The guy who comes is very accommodating and does what he is supposed to. He does a good job. He comes on the scheduled time.

They do a good job and are very knowledgeable about what chemicals to use for what. If we are not at home they will leave an invoice with a report on the door. We do not have any complaints.
