They do the pads as well as the rugs and they do an excellent job. They cut down a carpet. They cleaned and cut it and made other rugs out of it. So they did a lot of work for me. Then they cleaned all my rugs. I wouldn't recommend them if they weren't the best. I don't use anyone else. The work was excellent  and the cooperation was excellent. I would definitely use them again. They were very helpful in directing me on how I was to cut down my carpet and making suggestions etc. The workers are very professional and very kind.

This was our first time using Hagopian or any rug cleaning service for that matter. I brought in two area rugs to take advantage of their 2 for 1 cleaning promption. At intake, I was told that the 2 for 1 deal only applied to cleaning, but not stain removal. This was fine with me as our rugs were heavily stained and I assumed would take much work to clean. A few weeks later I received a call from the stain remover (chemist?) who was deeply apologetic that he "tried everything" and couldn't remove all the stains. As a result, he said he wasn't "going to charge" for the stain removal. I was skeptical. When I went in to pick up the rugs (months later, due to my being out of town) I was delighted to see that they had removed nearly all of the stains. Hagopian provided an incredible improvement over the rugs' original condition. (There is a gray stain in one area on one rug in a spot that I have covered with furniture anyway.) I also appreciated that they stood by their pricing: we were charged exactly the amount of the 2 for 1 cleaning promotion. I am definitely going to use them in the future.

We've used Hagopian three times over the last several months. They said they would call when done but never did. We stopped in on they day they said it would be done and all three times it was ready. In summary, the promptness of the cleaning was excellent as was the quality of the job. They will continue to be our source for rug care.

We've always been pleased with the work we've asked them to perform on our carpets. I've used Hagopian on several
occasions.

They came when they said they would. Because of the new carpeting they wore footies so as not to soil my new carpeting. I felt that they worked too quickly and were not able to get the deep stains out of one of the bedrooms. I was told to call the company and they would send someone else to get the stains out. I want a company that can do it in one visit.

I would recommend them.

DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES!! They are thieves and couldn't get simple stains out that I was able to get out with plain water. They up-charged me without my knowledge and when I called to complain about the up-charge, the chemical smell and all the stains they left behind the manager laughed at me and said there is nothing more he can do. They are the worst!! I did not like their attitude. They made fun of my sons and my lisp.
My cats are severely allergic to ANY chemicals and I requested that they only use water, but harsh and abrasive chemicals and words were used.

Excellent. The workers showed up on time and were very courteous. They explained what they were about to do, what to expect about some stubborn stains (which they were able to remove), and went about their job. They were in and out in about a half hour. Again, very professional and very corteous. They are excellently trained in customer service.

We paid $149 for the carpet but we did bring two rugs unto them too, through their drop box service and that was $300. They were just very prompt and they seemed to know what they were doing. We were very happy with them.

They are in several locations and I think that their cleaning services come out of and are scheduled through Oak Park. They will send a chemist to get it out if they cannot remove a stain from a carpet. We will use them everytime.

They have always done a very good job. Their pricing is reasonable as well. They are professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

THEY CAME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, WHICH WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE AND CONVENIENT FOR US. THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND SO DO WE. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO GET ALL OF THE STAINS OUT OF THE FURNITURE. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED WITH DOING A GOOD JOB.
