 + -1 moreI bought a piano from King's in 1994. I was told at the time, verbally, that King's would move the piano one time for free if it was a local move. I called King's last week, spoke with Jim, explained the verbal guarantee 16 years ago by a sales person now deceased. Jim said, "well if Sarah told you that, we'll move your piano for free". They moved it today to the "relo cube" in my driveway. They were on time, cheerful, and professional. They even let me keep the protective blanket, strap, and left it on the dolly to make it easier for the movers at the other end. I just promised to return everything in a week. All of this and no one even asked to see my receipt for the 16 year old piano. WOW! It does't get any better than that.
Description of Work: Piano moved from home to "Relo" cube in driveway.
