Thoroughly examined our house and gave a fair and complete estimate. Job was done extremely well and professionally. Cleaned up afterward (our basement floor was neater after the job than before). System is working great. Workmen very nice and considerate. We're very happy with Indoor Comfort and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Couldn't imagine a better experience unless the furnace were free. Greg came out to do the estimate and spent close to two hours investigating the house; he explained options very thoroughly; he didn't put on too hard a sell. The actual installation went very smoothly. I couldn't believe how quickly and tidily they removed the ancient behemoth of a furnace. They kept the house and basement perfectly clean and tidy as they worked, and the whole crew was prompt and very pleasant to work with. They seem to be people who really enjoy their line of work. Since installation the system has worked fine. My only concern is that the basement is a lot more humid than the upstairs: I haven't called to see if any adjustment to the system could feasibly help this, or whether I just need to get a basement dehumidifier. The whole thing will cost $1500 less when the tax credit is taken into account.

Overall the service went well. The price was not extreme; it was appropriate.

These people are great. I called them because my 11-year-old water heater was making disturbing noises - the exhaust fan's bearings seemed to be failing. Indoor Comfort told me that, while they could replace the fan for about $350, they didn't recommend spending that much money to repair an 11-year-old water heater, as the average lifespan of these things is 12 years. That sounded to me like it could be sales hype, but I decided to trust them due to their high ratings on Angie's list. They also honored their Angie's List 10% off coupon, even though it strictly just covers services not products. By noon the next day, my new water heater was installed, up and running. I was especially relieved, as I didn't want to host a big Thanksgiving dinner with no hot water! Two weeks later, just this morning, I thought I smelled gas near the water heater. I called Indoor Comfort. They were here and had the leak repaired in less than an HOUR from the time of my call. Throughout the whole process - even when I was telling them the bad news about the leak - they were impeccably friendly, professional, intelligent, and responsive. They have made me a loyal customer.

Let's get this out of the way first...my air conditioner unit was installed in 1961. It is 48 years old...older than any air conditioner has a right to be. The repair guy was shocked that it had run as long as it had. But nonetheless, he put in an extraordinary amount of effort to ensure that there was nothing we could do to save it. I told him that I used my a/c unit so infrequently, that I'd like to spend as little on it as possible. With that in mind, he spent nearly 3 hours at my house, troubleshooting the problem. As we went along, he was sure to show me each thing that he looked at, explaining what he was looking for at every turn. Ultimately, we (he) determined that the compressor was kaput. He gave me an estimate for a new compressor, and made an effort (ultimately unsuccessful) to find me a used one. The whole thing cost me only $80 (for the service call)--a bargain, considering the vintage of the unit! The amount of rust buster he had to use alone was well worth the money!

I was very pleased with the service.

On a Friday evening in October, we realized we had no heat. The pilot light had gone out in our furnace, and it wouldn't relight. I checked Angie's List, found Indoor Comfort, and called them. They said they could come within 30 minutes at a rush charge, or we could wait until Saturday morning at their regular fee. We chose the rush, our house was getting very cold! The person who came was very friendly and explained what went wrong with our furnace. He also told us it would last a long time, he didn't try to sell us a new one! We've decided to have him come back on a yearly basis for annual cleanings and tune-ups. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

They were able to respond quickly. They were very professional and they forgot to do one thing and they came back out the next day at no additional charge. The service men are knowledgeable and professional.

They were very professional and kind. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did have to come out and do some warranty work. They responded very quickly and I never had to spend a dime. They were very clean and cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant while working and able to work around our different pets.

Talk about excellent customer service and support, this company took the call from us on Christmas Eve because our heat went out, and within a few days they had the new unit installed, and we were kept warm. I am very impressed by their professionalism and their reliability. I wouldn t hesitate to refer them to anyone and will only use them from now on. I don't remember what the price was that they charged us, but I do remember it was right in the middle of two others, and I went with them because I liked their presentation.

They provided equipment. The installation and maintenance comes with the whole service. I feel somewhat uncomfortable disclosing the price. They have come back to do the maintenance work they usually do. They were very knowledgeable. They walked me through the whole process.

They also have put a new a/c in for me and a furnace in the past. While out to do the tune up on my a/c, they did just fine. I am very pleased with them and I would rate them top notch. I paid the service contract, which gives me 10% off all labor and parts. That is just for the a/c, but, the furnace contract is similar to that. They are very good and worth signing with.

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE MY HEATER IS WORKING PROPERLY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS AND, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
