Very pleased with the services I received. Appointment kept as promised, all work done and cleaned up in a timely fashion.

Was told on the phone that cleaning out the sewer would cost $100, or we could take advantage of a special offer - for $150, they would send a camera through the pipe so we could see its status. New to an old home, we took them up on the special offer. Turned out the camera wouldn't go through, and they still charged us $150, explaining that because they had to go from our basement, the charge should have been $190, so we were still getting a deal. I feel like we got a bait-and-switch. Because of the "deal", the charge wasn't outrageous, but I wish I had gone with US Plumbing, who might have actually done it for $100. It was an easy job.
