SAYING THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB

Hired him to put in a new faucet. Was of cheap quality not a metal faucet. Was supposed to be a standard faucet. I feel like I was ripped off for a 2 days job paying upwards to $700. Came out for 30 mins each on two different days.

The technician arrived on time and spent 13 hours on the job to finish the project.

I had an outdoor water faucet installed and now I cannot connect my hose to it because of the poor placement of where the hose should be connected. It is right up against the house and now I cannot connect my hose to it and now the water runs against the house when turned on. It needs to be redone properly. It was not a cheap project and now it is useless.

I hired Edwards Plumbing to fix a drainage problem in my basement causing water to back up and flood the basement. Initially there were problems with scheduling and getting a tech to my house. The owner ended up contacting me, explaining the issue and apologizing, and making the situation right. A qualified tech came out, diagnosed the problem, explained it and showed me all the issues, and provided a competitive quote. When they showed up to complete the work they were professional, did exactly what they had promised and even went above and beyond to protect the rest of my house and clean up any debris. I would highly recommend Edwards plumbing.

They missed the original date and rescheduled for the next day and were late. They had to return to the shop twice for equipment and cost went from 309 to 750, but the job appears to work, no assurances.

The gentleman that came out was very friendly and quickly identified and resolved the problem. I had a small issue with a clerical error scheduling me for the wrong day, but they quickly resolved and got someone out on time! Great people, great work.
