Serviceman was prompt and very courteous. I thought the price was a bit high for a 15-20 minute job. I still recommend them anyway.

They were very prompt. Very polite. Have had 2 sump pumps already in 5 years but this one is the quietest one. Very pleased.

$275 dollars to replace a $20 shutoff valve. I had to contact the city to shutoff the water once the plumper was there .

They were prompt and efficient but the price to repair a faucet seemed a bit high.

Absolutely do NOT call this company!! My furnace went out on a Saturday evening...I called them and was promised that someone would be out within the hour...60 mins later I called back to check in, was told the guy was on his way...called back 30-40 mins and was told the guy had just left after I called the 2nd time and given multiple excuses about GPS problems and family issues. Finally the guy got here 3 hours after my initial call (mind you he was not at another call). He proceeded to tell me we needed a $1,000+ major repair which was not true...we had 2 other companies confirm he was wrong

the plumber that came, came from his house at 5pm. He was having dinner and had been home for some time that day. Yet I got billed for an "after hours" call.

The repair man (Will) was prompt and on time. He worked hard and did an excellent job. He was professional and polite. I would definitely use this company again and will refer my friends and family to them.

Their service is friendly and professional, and the technician they sent was really professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. =) My life is finally back to normal now, thanks to them: a working kitchen and bathroom.

They came in and provided a quote and completed the work in 1/2 the time estimated. I appreciate their integrity and professional approach. I have hired them for a second job as a result of the first.

Very customer friendly. Very willing to working with my home warranty company. Repair technician very detailed when explaining what he was doing and what the issue was.

They were supposed to come out on Thursday, I left work early to meet them and they were stuck on a job and could not come out that day, so they were supposed to come out on Friday at 6pm, again they were stuck on a job and could not come out , they came out on Saturday at 8am , they snaked out my toilet and after 2 flushes it overflowed again,: they did tell me that they thought there were roots in the pipes and that I would need to get it taken care of , but that it was clear for now and that I could use it for my guests that were coming over that weekend. It cost me 292.00 , I paid 150.00 a flush! I called them to let them know about this and have not heard back from anyone. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.

I think the prices were high based on past plumbing work I have had done but then its been about five years so inflation may have something to do with it.

Honest, fast service. I wish I would have called them first. Didn't attempt to sell unecessary services like Roto Rooter. Highly recommend.

They did a good job? I actually haven't tried the show since they were here yesterday. But the part took a while to get in from Moen. Then we were told that the part is obsolete and if/when we ever have problems with it again we will have a very hard time getting it repaired. The company called and asked if the repair man could come out earlier and we said yes. An hour and a half later he shows up actually during his regular scheduled time. He did the job in about 1/2 hour and we were charged $239.00. This is for just the labor. The part had a life time guarantee from Moen. It's been awhile since we've had a plumber out and was wondering if that is about the going rate now? Seems very high.

Person sent was very well-versed in plumbing. He fully explained the problem afterward. it was a simple solution. His testing for the problem was simple, understandible and very logical. VERY good at what he does!!!

Very courteous, did the work in a timely manner,didn't perform unnecessary work. Very satisfied.
