Great! All contact people were pleasant and helpful with questions. Dan told us he appreciates our business. They can also provide continuing maintenance on the generator if you like. Other bidding contractors did not provide after the sale service and referred the customer to to an outside service company. We liked the options of a concrete base or stone. Dan also gave advice about the optimal position and location of the generator. No other bidding contractors gave these added helpful hints. It is clear this company wants their customers to be well taken care of and benefit from their experience.

I had ordered a new ceiling fan with light from another store that arrived in multiple boxes with multiple components, including an optional remote control system. The man who came was punctual, friendly and efficient. He didn't seem to mind me hovering nearby and asking questions about how things worked. It took him about 1 hour or a bit less. After installation, he tested everything out and it's been working fine ever since.

I believed I had an electrical problem with the wiring in my garage and called Del Zoppo Electric. The night before the service call I found a reset switch in the garage that i did not know existed. It fixed the problem. When Rich Mitchell arrived promptly the next morning I explained the situation he very kindly said "no problem, no charge." He also gave me useful advice on how to fix a faulty garage door opener that will likely save me a couple of hundred bucks. That's service and consideration one doesn't encounter very often these days. I am very impressed with Del Zoppo Electric and Rich Mitchell.

Prior to upgrading my major appliances, I wanted the house electrical service upgraded from fuses to circuit breakers. I felt well-advised on exactly what to get (100-amp service with 30 circuits) for my home size and usage patterns, both now and potentially in the future. The new service panel is now uncrowded and clearly marked. The Del Zoppo folks were on time, worked fast, and cleaned up thoroughly.

I had a wall outlet that would not turn on and it kept tripping the fuse in the fuse box. He figured out that it was something inside the wall socked that needed to be retightened. It took him a while to figure out. Their price was higher for what they discovered. I would hire him again because he is recommended on Angies list.

The work was done quickly, professionally and they took away the old fans. I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called, which was great. Clean, fast, professional work. I will call them again for any electrical work.

Dan Del Zoppo Electric did an excellent job. They were prompt. They charged me what they said they would charge me. I was really happy with them.

Experience was great from the walk-thru explaining my issues with Dan to the gal who schedules it and the guy who came out to do the work. Everything was as expected, on time, and on budget. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

We are extremely happy - they are all friendly, helpful, professional, and responsive every step of the way. We liked the detailed invoices, too. I thought the pricing seemed comparable for the market, but I don't have a lot to compare with.

I thought Dan and his crew did a great job with the wiring in my remodeled basement (recessed lights, electrical outlets, smoke detectors to code). Dan helped me select the right amount and type of lights for my budget and space plan. Tom was very responsive to any and all changes that I made. I would highly recommend them despite the higher cost.

I was impressed with the quality work that this company did. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous but not to chatty. They offered a competitive price compared to other companies I spoke with. They also cleaned up the work site before they left.

I have used this company in the past for a meter box replacement working in conjunction with the local electric company, as well as fixing a lot of little electrical necessities in my home. They are very reliable, always come when they say they will, and do an excellent quality job. I recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his company, and a good value as well. Dan met with me initially at my home and knowledgeably and "on my level" discussed the various options available to me. A detailed quote was provided in the timeframe given, the work was completed on schedule. There was a small snafu (not related to him at all) with the permits, and he worked persistently and diligently to help me resolve it. I'm having some more extensive work done in my home this fall, and I'm confident Dan will do a great job.

STOP! Don't even bother looking for another electrician. Dan is absolutely the best contractor you will hire of any kind. We did a huge renovation of a historic house on the Old West Side of Ann Arbor. Dan makes all other contractors look bad. He is smart, nice, professional and does the highest quality work around. Just hire him and save yourself a headache. We had good contractors and bad. Dan was in a class by himself!

He took out the original and replaced it with a new one in a different location along the same wall.
