Decorative Concrete Service, Concrete Leveling + 1 more
The overall work was acceptable but sloppy. Found concrete in the flower beds. Poured on section that was not what I asked for. I asked them to redo the slab and was refused. They did some cosmetic work to make the slab look acceptable. The concrete they used crumbled after the first winter. i ended up repairing the piece myself. There were areas under the slab that had voids. They never came back to refill them. Re-tucked some bricks in the front of the garage. The resultant spacings were uneven. They damaged the aluminum trim that covered the wood framing on the garage Took forever to fix these damaged areas. Communication with Ann Arbor Contracting seemed to be only one way-my calls and emails were never returned. The location listed is actually a mail drop-it is a car wash facility I believe run by the owners mother. I would never hire this outfit again even if the work was done for free.
