Home Building
The contractor quit in the middle of the project leaving the roof open, no door, and three windows not installed. After ensuring that I would receive a refund, he is refusing to pay. Another contractor was hired and found numerous issues with the build. Door opening was not square, window openings were too small, and the open windows, door, and roof that did not get finished during his construction time allowed rain inside which ruined the subfloor. The roof for the room was not supported which caused damage to the roof of my home. There are many other issues that need attention before this project is finished.
