+ -1 moreI called Integrity a few weeks before installation to get a quote and talk through the installation. Bill was very friendly and professional. He told me what was covered and what wasn't and we arranged an installation date. There was a followup call to get exact measurements of the old unit. On installation day, the Integrity van pulled up to my house right on time. The guys came in and quickly began to work. The explained what they were doing while they completed the work and answered any questions I had. Before leaving Bill reviewed the controls and instructions for the new water heater. They cleaned up after themselves and were gone within about 90 minutes. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: They replaced our 20 year old gas water heater with a new one. Drained the old one; installed and plumbed the new one; removed the old one.
