It went great. The person I first spoke with, made me feel like I was very important to him, which seemed strange because that was a new experience for me. He came out within the hour, made his preliminary estimate, told me he would have two guys over in a few hours. They showed up as promised, worked all day, and at quitting time they still had two hours of work to do. One of the workmen stayed over to finish the job.That may sound minor but, him staying over to finish allowed me to get my power restored in 1day, not 2. That alone saved me money by not having to get a generator for my fridge, and the list goes on.

Was impressed with Gus when he came out for the estimate. He spoke plainly so that I could understand options. He and the helper showed up as scheduled and completed the work as described. The work appears to be of high quality. I will be using A-1 again.
