TRIMARK CONSTRUCTION

Obtained a bid, receive authorization and funds from insurance and then no response. No return call, no return email. Very unprofessional. Had to get more bids and start all over.

It didn't. After a bid was received and insurance approved, they fell off the face of the earth. No phone call, no email. Waited two weeks in case they had personal emergency. Still not answering their phone or returning calls as of 08/30/16. It's a long process to get bids and have insurance approve and cut a check. I had to go through the whole process again. Very unprofessional, buyer beware.

They were great. They helped us every step of the way and most importantly did most of the negotiating with our insurance company.
The quality of work was excellent, and they are very professional.

We had quite the windstorm and the next day my husband discovered a large section of shingles in the yard. I called Trimark and another company I can't even remember the name of. The other company returned my call first but couldn't come out for 3 or 4 days and couldn't even tarp it for 2 days. Rain was coming the next night. Trimark called back, came over that day to do an estimate and came the next morning and tarped it. Needless to say, I cancelled the other company and hired Trimark. They came the day after they tarped it, replaced the entire section of the roof, matching my shingles so perfectly you would never even know, and cleaned up afterwards. Their crew was professional and their scheduler/office manager was very kind and helpful. I will recommend this company all day long!
