We own second home in Lebanon, Maine. It's always difficult for part-time residents to get honest and reliable contractors to do quality work at a reasonable cost. That's especially true when it's a small job. I was blessed to find Wayne Patterson of Restoration Enterprises. He responded quickly to my request for assistance. He took the preliminary information on the phone and agreed to look at the job. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job within the agreed time. He took photos of the completed work and emailed them to me as soon as the job was completed. Wayne specializes in home restoration and I would trust him to do any of the remodeling I'll need in the future.
