Midcoast Remodeling is a skilled team of craftsmen who are equally at home with new construction projects, historic restorations, and extensive renovations. Chris Malliet, the owner, is a hands-on manager who personally supervises each project. Chris combines his decades of experience in home renovations with his energy auditing and weatherization expertise to bring fine old houses into the 21st century without sacrificing either character or comfort. He also understands the importance of timely communications with clients and connects with them via cell phone, Skype, email, and online photo sharing during every stage of the project.
