Terribly. After picking up the car from the valve cover job, I drove it on the highway again, and it still had the burning oil smell. I drove back immediately, but I had to go out of town the next day, so I left it there. I got a call from a technician the next evening and he informed me that the valve was not set properly and they would reset it. He also regretted to inform me that he had accidentally smashed the right front fender so they have to fix that, along with a new right front blinker assembly. He assured me it would be done when I got back in 10 days. I returned on Monday the 1st of December, and they informed me it was not yet done, but it would be done absolutely by Wednesday the 3rd. I didn't call until the 4th, but it was still not done. I was told that it would be done on Saturday, but I was away, so I did not call until Monday. They then told me that they had broken the clip on the light when they tried to install it, so they would have order a new one. It would be in by Tuesday. On Tuesday, they told me the part came in, but it was the wrong part, so they would have to reorder, and it would be in Wednesday. I brought the car over today, they replaced the light, but upon examination, it is not in correctly and the headlight is not in correctly, and the fender does not sit properly either. They informed me that they had just punched out the fender, and that was the best they could do. That was not acceptable to me, as I did not cause the accident, and it should be returned to me in the same condition that it was left in. Now they tell me they have to probably put a brand new fender on (which should have been done in the first place), but they need to pull it apart to see first. They cannot get it in Until Monday the 15th. My car has been there since November 20, with the exception of the 2 days (Dec. 1 and 2 when they were waiting for the light. Also, they did not restore the paint job to the original, as there was a detail stripe painted down the side. When I questioned him about that, he implied that I should be okay with that because there are other places on the car that have bondo on them (I did that) and look worse. However, I did not cause that accident to the fender, and they are responsible for repairing it properly, no matter the condition of the rest of the car. As seen in the pictured, there is also damage to the bumper where it meets the fender that was not repaired.
