I would use them again in future.

Although they had to give me unpleasant news about upcoming or looming repairs, they were fast, punctual and broke bad news gently! They even used a credit for the inspection I had on my acocunt that I had forgotten about, making it about 12.50 for the inspection.

Excellent service provided me with a loaner for the day service was superb car was washed when returned.

Went well, was special ordered, they called when it came in and promptly installed it at no cost.

The BMW service manager and the dealership manager were very nice and said they will have to go thru BMW head office to get them to get the "okay" to release the money.  Days and Weeks went by, each time I checked about my money both of the managers had excuses as to the delay of getting my money back....all the while assuring me that I would.
  Finally, I was told that I wasn't getting ANYTHING BACK. Even though the two men promised me and my wife they would be able to cut a check in a day or two, now their stories changed.  They said it was my "bad luck" that my car was totaled only two weeks after I paid $2200 for the extra coverage, that they don't have to give anything back to me.  I like to warn buyers of this dealership practice.

Great as always. I have a 2004 Infiniti and they always treat me like my business important to them. I always get a loaner if I want one, at no charge.
Rick Libby, the Infiniti Service Manager, is friendly and professional. I always feel that I am treated fairly and trust their recommendations. The shuttle service has been very good.
This is my second used Infiniti and have always taken them to Bill Dodge Infiniti.

For reasons I would rather not say, I no longer use this shop but use a shop that specializes in German makes.

They did a service check on my vehicle. The service was very good. I would use them again in the future.

I knew what model and options that I wanted. The dealer didn't have a close match in the lot. He searched other dealers in the area and still couldn't find a close enough match. The dealer didn't hesitate to suggest that I order one from the factory, so that I could get exactly what I wanted. He said that it would take 8 weeks. The car arrived in 7 weeks and 5 days. It was exactly what I ordered and the whole experience was a complete pleasure.
