Larry was great. From the time I called in my emergency to the time it was repaired was literally 2 hours. Great service from both Larry and his associate. I will be hiring them for future home repairs.

Larry and team were timely, effective, and very easy for me to schedule and work with. The job required replacement of siding above the second-floor windows. They were careful and took the time required to do the task safely and responsibly. I will definitely use again for these jobs that are too big for me to tackle on my own.

Got a call from Larry just a few minutes after I requested a quote and he came out the next morning check my roof out. He repaired my missing shingles and replaced some I'd had done before that were the wrong color, whole thing was fixed around 24 hours after I'd noticed something was wrong. Definitely recommended.

Easy to work with

I canâ t say enough about Larry and his crew. They replaced my deck, trimmed trees, replaced some siding and repaired and sealed my driveway. Price was very reasonable, and Larry and the guys are just great. Polite, funny and efficient. They cleaned up everything and left it looking so much better than before. I highly recommend them!

He quoted a price and although I tried to renegotiate after the work, he built value into the work done and I am very happy with the work done and the price. Called for an estimate and Larry came the very next day. We called to schedule the work and given a very reasonable three week wait time (especially considering COVID quarantining). Three workers arrived as scheduled and worked hard for two full days. They completed the wood siding repair on three side of our house. In addition, they repaired our aging screen porch with new screen, window openings, and creatively retrofitted the vinyl winter window replacements that I ordered separately into our unique application. They went over and above my expectations. More importantly, they exceeded my skeptical husband's expectations. We could not have asked for and received a better outcome. It is a thing of beauty to watch professional carpenters transform ugly into beautiful. We will use Community Home Services again.

Had rot and termite damage along sill on top of foundation and several floor joists. They cut a portion of concrete steps for access, removed siding, constructed a support wall and replaced the sill plates, sistered joists, replaced front door assembly, installed tile in door entry, poured concrete step. Work was completed in about five days with two men. Very experienced. Fast response. Quick, clean, attention to detail. Nice job done. I would hire again.

Larry and his crew completely remodeled our deck and stairs. They were timely, professional, reasonable, neat...I could go on and on! At our request, they also replaced damaged roof tiles that we had not initially planned for. I would hire them again without question!

The repair truck didn't have the exact match for shingle color but I was able to select the close match and didn't have an issue with that. But I did have to make that choice. The workers went the extra mile and replaced some extra drip edge just in case there might be an unseen issue, good call.

We had a misunderstanding and Larry treated us with fairness, even to the point of his losing money. We feel badly that Larry refused payment. He is a very honest man. We recommend hiring Larry Ryea and Community Home Services.

Community Home Services responded immediately, Larry came over the next day to look at my roof as I was fearing the worst case. After checking out the damage Larry suggested a repair rather than a complete roof job. Larry explained that other than the damaged area the roof overall was in pretty good shape but down the road 3-5 years you may consider a complete do-over. I was quite relieved with this news. Larry gave me a rough estimate on site followed up by a written estimate - the quote was very reasonable. I called to schedule an appointment and the guys showed up as scheduled, did the work, cleaned up the mess and hit the road. Very pleased. Thank you , Greg M. York, ME

They called right away. Did the work with in a week of the first phone call. My siding was 18 years old and they were able to match it almost perfectly. Would hire them again and will recommend them to anyone to use.

Larry and his crew were polite, very friendly and they did the different jobs in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and I would never have known they were here after they left. They took extra steps in touching up paint trim on the house around their work and even touched up paint in other places while they were working. While working on near the roof they found an issue under the roof shingles that most definitely needs to be repaired but Larry did not pressure me that it needed to be done at that time or that they needed to do it. I have a couple of other jobs I need to have done that his company does that I will not hesitate to have them complete for me. I would hire Community Home Services again without hesitation. Polite, friendly, professional work and cleaned up after themselves.
