Property Management
Very happy with the relationship with Kate and her attention to the property.
She is good with tenant communications, and helped calm things down significantly after an unfortunate altercation between the tenant and a neighbors dog.
She showed the unit, and was helped select excellent tenants, doing all the referencing.
She works well with contractors at the property to prep the unit for occupancy.
She charges an hourly fee instead of a percentage of rents.
Her written and oral communications are excellent, and she is resourceful in solving problems.
Having Kate there gives us peace of mind that the property is being well looked after.
