Chery recommend a cruise line she felt best fit our lifestyle. After carefully listening to the type of cruise we were interested in and our desire to have a few days in Florida prior to leaving for the cruise she assembled a package for us that included air transportation, hotels, all transfers and of course the cruise itself. In my profession I meet a considerable number of professionals and I rate Cheryl in the top five percent. She knows her business thoroughly, is good at asking the questions she needs answered to best help her customers, and is always friendly. Ask Cheryl to do something and you can forget about it. It is done, professionally, correctly, and on time. On the day prior to our scheduled departure, the area was hit by a snow storm that was crippling the entire Northeast. Wanting to be sure we were not snowed in, I called Cheryl at 10:00 AM to see if we could leave a day earlier. We were on a plane with all reservations changed by 1:00 that afternoon.
