Install crew was great to work with. The comfort rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Layer very thing out. Did all the coordination. Very happy to have this Kohler whole home stand-by generator.

This was to install a standby generator. The advance planning was excellent as was the quality of the work. Customer service is outstanding. Price was high, however. LaPlante was the highest of 3 bids received. Nevertheless, I selected them because of their professionalism and customer service.

We had LaPlante install a standby generator. There was quite a bit of coordination needed for everything to come together and they took care of setting up everything - gas company, electricians, CMP, and the town inspection. They helped advise on the selection of generator, explained how everything worked and did great work with the installation. Their team was efficient and professional - highly recommended.
