The service was excellent! Our 1st complete chimney-clean-service was in October 2013...within days of calling we had our appointment. Bob is knowledgeable, friendly and works efficiently. He did a thorough job and made sound recommendations for some upgrades we need to make. The bill was quite fair and worth it :-) We just had our chimney inspection by Bob within 24 hrs. of us making the call and we are more than happy with the work (and cost) that needed to be done. We will definitely continue to use and recommend the services of Frechette Chimney Sweeping!

He was excellent - I've had chimney problems for 10 years - he went up and checked it out. He not only told me but showed me, that a contractor had used window calk when they replaced the flashing on both my chimneys -oh my God unbelievable - he said he could patch right there on the spot for very little money. I wasn't comfortable with more patchwork so he recommened I hire a mason since I wanted a total redo - he admitted he couldn't pull the shingles and do the reflashing etc.. How refreshing to meet someone that's straightup - I will be calling him back when it's time to clean my chimneys

Had them check my chimney on a house I had just purchased. Showed up right on time and was very friendly and informative. Found that the chimney was in good condition and charged a very reasonable price.

Bob showed up on time, cleaned my chimney, reinstalled my woodstove, and was efficient and professional. His associate was also professional and courteous. They came back a week later and installed a chimney cap and I received the same great, professional service. Rates are very reasonable for the amount of work they did.

Bought a house and had no real idea the condition of the chimney. They were able to schedule me within a week. Bob came out on time, inspected and cleaned the fireplace and furnace flues, and recommended a raincap for the fireplace flue. He was out a few days later to install it. I don't know all that much about chimneys, and have never had to deal with this before. I can tell you he was very professional and a super nice guy. His price was lower than other quotes I got. He will answer any questions you have and will not try to sell you something you really don't need. Thanks Bob, nice job!

He showed up almost 30 minutes early, did a great job, show ed me of areas that will need work in the fututre and the est. cost. Cleaned up afterwards better than any contactor I have used. Will definitly use again next year and to do the other work that needs to be done.

Had the chimney inspected and cleaned. Bob arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He left the home as clean as when he arrived. He also ordered and replaced a faulty chimney cap a few days later ($230). He had called to let me know the part was in and to arrange an installation time. I would highly recommend his service.
