I considered my interactions with this company very positive and would highly recommend an estimate from them as you make your decision on one of the most important home issues!

Superior roofing did a great job. Ben and his crew of about eight men arrived at 7am and completed the entire job by 6:30pm. They were professional, very careful and neat (protected all gardens and shrubs and did a thorough clean up of the work site; afterward we noted a small tear to a window screen that we consider easily understandable and very minor given the scope of the project), did high quality work (with the new roof we think the house looks so much better overall), were incredibly efficient (even in high 80s temperature and high humidity), worked well as a team (some good natured chatting that seemed to keep spirits high and everything moving along quickly), and the price for the job was competitive (I had 3 other bids). When the job was nearing completion I asked Ben for his advice about a rain diverter for above our front door. He not only offered his advice, but said he would make one and have it installed before he left (no extra charge and it looks great). The trim and siding work looks great too. They really do very good work. Overall Ben and his crew were a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a straight forward, productive, fair priced, easy to work with roofing company I recommend Superior Roofing.

It went well. They inspected the roof after I made an appointment and gave me an estimate. They showed me examples of their work and references. They arrived on time as scheduled, performed the work professionally and cleaned up the site well.

Job needed to be done in the winter. They came and did all the work as mentioned above. Ben the owner, was very good about giving us the insurance proof paper work up front before doing the job. Explained everything to us and was great about answering any questions or concerns we had. Gave us a sample of all supplies to be used and information on our Timberline Shingles and Deck Armor along with warranty information. Would recommend contacting Ben at Superior Roofing Company if you need any work done. We were referred to this Company from a friend who had a roofing job done and was more then pleased with the service given on their work. 2 Years Later Update: December 2011 we have had this company back a few times to deal with the following: 1st time roof was done, they did not replace the front bottom of the roof with plywood. They came to do that but we discovered now they did not put on plywood but OSB to which they reply now that their supplier of products dosent sell plywood. Never the less, the contract states plywood. We wanted this replaced this way for our own reasons. We also had an an engineer report as we had an issue with water damage etc at first when we hired them due to a ventilation issue and thus needed a new roof with proper ventilation as we had to have a ridge vent put in and soffit ventilation also. 2nd time and more, we had issues with the chimney leaking when it rained around the flashing and roofing done. Also had a metal strip put on the roof for rain draining over the front door that had been missed the first time the original roof was done. Finally we had discovered problems in the attic and ice/frost build up on the beams, plywood, and especially the OSB on the front of the house. The company was quick to come out, and we discusssed what the issue might be. So it was stated that more ridge vents would be added and the ridge vent was looked at and that would be double checked along with the chimney still leaking. A young man came to help do this work several different times. We were told by the company that a phone call would come to us stating when they would come to do the work. Each time no phone call came, someone showed up when they got here. I would have an idea of what day but not a time or a phone call. The last time, we were in the attic New Years Day and they company had 2 men arrive to do the ridge vent. We had been taking photos of the house as we remodeled it and 2 yrs ago of the issues and an engineer report. We have also taken photos of this roof being replaced and the entire process. This time we discovered prior to their arrival that the ridge vent was not done properly. It was tiny on one side of the house and cut thicker on one end in one area but other wise it was cut not in a straight line closely. There seemed to be in photos and by eye sight no ride vent really on one side of the house entirely. Flashing was not done properly around the chimney. Advising them to look into roofing tar to use around the area proved helpful from us. They did this and finally there was no more leaking around the chimney! So they came in and redid the entire ridge vent. So finally with more soffit vents and by unblocking the original ones put in, as some were never unplugged with insulation the attic is breathing. We have photos of all work and hope this is the end of this issue.

Excellent experience, done in less than a day. This company installs in the winter. A person answered phone calls every time. Offered, without having to ask, to provide contacts to insurance company that can be found in the phone book to verify that the number belongs to a real insurance company. A small amount of debris was left and we found some nails with a magnetic rake we rented. Considering the amount of snow that was on the ground that they had to contend with this is not unreasonable. They did a good job to of making sure they didn't damage my trailer and oil tank when dropping the old material off the roof. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
