Zuhlke Tree Service offers professional and affordable tree service throughout the State of Maine. We specialize in technical removals of hazard trees, which often involves multiple rope systems and advanced rigging, to keep your property safe and minimize damage to the ground and surrounding trees. We can access places that bucket trucks can't, and other companies won't. There are few exceptions to what we can do, but if something is beyond our abilities (e.g. requires a crane or a piece of very specialized equipment that we don't have) we will refer you to another professional who can meet your needs.

After a tropical storm rolled through, a large portion of a tree fell, effectively blocking access to my home. As I was anticipating 15 people arriving in less than five days, was kinda’ frantic. Was called promptly by Joelle, guys showed up with a chipper truck, cleared my driveway in under an hour. A professional, timely, and efficient effort three hours later. As far as value, price was within expectations. It was a Sunday, and I was an hour away. Would certainly call this company again.

They were skillful and very professional, and certainly know their business. The crew was very careful about our buildings and power lines and solved some extremely worrisome tree problems for us. Their cost was a little high, but I guess that's what you have to pay for good technology and safe, skillful, energetic work!

Made an appointment, looked entire job over and explained exactly how it would be done and gave me a quote. Set up a date and time to do the work. Excellent group of guys, work was suburb, clean up was excellent. They arrived started right in and worked until they were done. We had 4 trees removed and we had them come on two different dates. They worked efficiently and safely. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

I had four trees removed, two dead trees and two unhealthy trees, The largest was a Norway maple with multiple trunks risking collapse and overhanging the garage and the neighbor's house. Other estimates came in a little cheaper but I did not trust their explanations for how to take down the Norway maple safely. Zuhlke tree is first class in customer service, workmanship, professionalism. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them.
