When the son got to my house he said my roof pitch wasn't included in maintenance special. He said it said no steep roofs. I never saw anything about that when I purchased the special. So he said it would be $150 extra to go and and get a hook ladder. He came back about 6 hours later at the end of the day. I supplied the couple of shingles pieces that need to be repaired. It took him maybe 10 min. He gave me a general verbal estimate for a roof replacement not a written estimate as stated in special. I'm a small business owner and the right thing to do would of been not to charge extra and then I would of considered them to replace my roof but not after that over charge. Plus he had me write the check out to him not the business. Guess who probably pocketed that $$$.I felt like I was taken advantage of and ripped off!!

Justin was very responsive and came out for a quote. He answered my questions well and gave us an Angie's List discount. The work took three days total. They cleaned up after each day's work and did their best to protect the landscaping.

Communication was very good prior to starting the job.  Kept us well informed by phone and text messages.  Justin and crew showed up on time and ready to go.
Removed nine 4' x 4' x 48? wooden upright posts. (Justin?s suggestion ? we?re glad he did)   Removed existing flashing. Install new 4? x 8? sheet  underlayment over existing rubber roof.  Instaled new flashing.  Install nine new galvanized posts. Rubber roofing glued to underlayment.  All upright posts wrapped with rubber to eliminate possibility of  leaking.  All seams glued and sealed properly.  They even brought the rubber membrane two feet up the wall to insure no leaks.  Anchored with a special channel that stops water penetration running down the wall and the roof. Reinstalled vinyl siding.

Results: Excellent!  Job was done in a day to our expectations.  We spent a long time looking for a rubber roofing specialist and we finally found one.  We?ve had no leaks since the job was completed in August.  We highly recommend Justin and his crew.  I would hire him again if the situation presented itself.

The work was done competently and attained the desired results. Two visits were necessary. Contractors showed up on time and performed work expeditiously and. The billed travel time and work time for second visit seemed high. 2 hour work, 2hour travel total a little adhesive and a small patch of roof mebrane (less than a square foot) costed $ 700. I would use them again, but negotiate an all inclusive price up front.

I purchased this coupon because I haven't given my roof any real attention since moving in. I also have a ridge cap that is covered by a 'temporary" plastic sheet (over the top of older shingles), and I feel there are a couple areas that needed maintenance. 
I called to schedule the maintenance and Jason had me go to their website and fill in the automated form (no problem there), Jason was quick to respond via email and we were able to schedule a time within 1-2 weeks of my reaching out to them.
Jason arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, introduced himself, and went up to inspect the roof. 10-15 minutes later, Jason came down and explained "there really isn't any maintenance that can be done, but since you paid for the coupon we can provide a small discount when you want your roof done". 
While I'm sure they would discount $100 off of a bigger contract as stated, this business model had me feeling like I was duped into paying $129 for an estimate, and wouldn't get any value for the money unless I contracted Caron Roofing to do my whole roof. I was also never provided with the pictures or written inspection that were mentioned in the coupon's description.
I will not be using Caron Roofing for future projects.

He was very professional.

They know what they're doing but just don't do it right all of he time but you can't beat their price.

Carons estimate was almost $4000 to correct the issue. We paid another great company $600 to compete the job and are quite satisfied.

I felt it went extremely well. The report and pictures were very clear and understandable. The verbal explantion was professional and detailed. The quote for replacement, (which I requested), was also very detailed and easy to understand. The maintenance that was performed was shown to be of value when this roof was inspected for a potential buyer and the only concern found was the age of the roof.

Justin Caron came to the house on the day scheduled, with a prior phone call, to give us an estimate and the step by step process in the roof replacement.He said it would be 2 weeks or so before he could do the work. 1 1/2 weeks later he called to say they would come in two days.He and his crew arrived at 7:15 AM on the appointed day and went right to task. Justin said it would be a 2 day job and at 3:30PM the following day he and his crew drove away with the job completed.Justin and his dad, Steve, noticed some compromised spots and chewed wiring. They took care of the problems, were very careful with the flowers around the house and my deck lamps. They cleaned the yard of the smallest pieces of debris and left the yard spotless.I consider myself very lucky to have found such a professional company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

the crew of caron roofing, which included justin caron and his father and brother plus 8 other guys arrived at 7;30 in the am. and immediately went to work.the entire job was done the next day by 10 am.there were at any one time 7/8 on the roof and 2 cleaning up and tending the ones on the roof. it was quit impressive to watch. i even changed the color of the shingles at the last minute without a problem. the color thing was just a mix up between justin and myself i thought we were talking edging and he thought it was shingle color. the prob was solved immediately without any trouble. the roof looks great and there is literally zero mess. i would hire these guys again in a heart beat. they even fixed som chimney problems that were not roof related.

I got 10 estimates. He was the lowest and for me my decision was based on the Angie's List reviews. He said that they would start the beginning of the week, but wouldn't you know it, we were in the middle of 6 days of rain. Caron Roofing showed on the 1st possible day after the rain. Brought a professional and friendly crew. They attacked the roof in 3 phases ensuring that possible rain would not harm my house. Nightly cleanup with magnets to get stray nails. Plants and shrubs were well protected. They dismounted and reattached my sattelite dish with no loss of signal after. It was out of service for only 6 hours. I left my home several times during the job and never felt that I had to lock up. You won't go wrong with Caron Roofing.

We had a problem with the leak afterwards. He came back free of charge. He found the origination of the leak and took care of it. I felt that he would kept coming back until the problem was solved.

Other than a one-day delay after starting for heavy rain, it went right on schedule.

Except for having to wait several months through the winter, with sparse communication about the delays from what we had initially expected, the service was excellent.  Once the job was ready to go, the contractor was right with all parts of it, very professional, promptly arriving on each work day, worked quickly, VERY clean and efficient with protecting shrubs and trees.  No problems, very satisfied.

He provided a brainstorming of options from budget option to just fix the leak in the flat outside roof or the full options of replacing plywood, deck, etc and for what I wanted I close a little higher than the budget option to ensure the water doesn't get it.  Overall he was very professional and got the task done on time on budget.

My roof shingles were looking in bad shape, so I contacted Caron Roofing (which I had found through Angie's List).  The guy came to my shop the same day, and I described the problem with the roof of my house.  He drove to the house and told me he would come back to my shop that same afternoon with a written estimate.  I got a call from him while he was at my house in which he said the roof was in bad shape and urgently needed replacing this year.  He said something had come up, and he would not be able to bring me the written estimate that afternoon, but would e-mail it to me the next day.  I thought that was fine and confirmed that he had the correct e-mail address.  That was the last I heard anything from  Caron Roofing, and it is more than five months ago.  After waiting several months, I finally contacted another roofer who has done a fine job in replacing my roof.  Apparently Caron Roofing doesn't need the business, but it would have been a courtesy for them to have told me that rather than leave me hanging for months.  Very unprofessional.

Called the business telephone number. The business answered the phone with......."Yeah". I asked  if this was actually Caron roofing company  and the response was ......."Yeah".        This is not someone who is a professional. Nor do they seem to care about gaining any business.

Found Caron Roofing by using Angieslist. Justin Caron showed up to give me an estimate when he said he would. Started and completed the job according to the contract (1 day). Replaced a bad skylight with a new one for a small fee after calling me and getting my permisson to do so. A small dissapointment was Justin promised to take pictures of the work at different stages and email them to me but I have never received them. Left messages and emails about this but no contact back. Over all the experience was great and would certainly use this company again. Extremely professional and polite.

Call this am at 9:30. Here at 2pm. Climbed right up replaced the shingles. Charges the minimum, looked at the rest of the roof and gave a very detailed estimate. They have been invited back to replace the poor workmanship of the original company.

Telephoned Caron Roofing for an estimate. He telephoned back in a day or two, but never followed up with the estimate. I figured he either forgot or was too busy.
