Contractor was on time and under budget. He showed initiative and cleaned up after the job was done. He had good knowledge of roofing repairs and pointed out valuable information for the homeowner. We would use him again in a heart beat.

So far, we have completed the replacement of the carport supports. They are absolutely lovely and have enhanced the appearance (not to mention the value) of house. We also have contracted to have additional insulation added to the attic space and that should be done by 8/1/07. There are still 2 other jobs that need doing and I am sure they will be completed on-time and on-budget
