Huston gave me valuable information. After he explained my problem with the setting of my refrigerator , I was able to reset the controls and no longer needed to hire him. I am thankful for the upfront information he gave me. It saved me money. If I need additional service, Houston would be whom I would call for service, His honesty is very refreshing Joyce Robinson.

I texted the following message to the repair gentlemen at Houston Appliances with no response. Good afternoon my name is KJ. You came out to fix my exhaust for my dryer either last week or the week before. The dryer when used is now coming up with error code HE. Which means heat. The dryer has been getting extremely overheated and making a weird noise since the repair. Is it possible for you to come back out and take a look at it? To date I have had no response from Houston Appliances. All im asking is for him to come out and take a look at the repair he did. The dryer is Samsung brand that is only a little over 2 years old. I bought it when I purchased my home a little over 2 years ago it was not having the issues it is having now since the repair. All I need was for him to reconnect the exhaust to the dryer and secure it in place. so there is no need for the dryer to now be overheating and making a weird sound.

I contacted Mr. Houston early Sunday morning about my broken disposal that was leaking water continuously. He was very understanding of my emergency and was more than willing to come out to install a new disposal (he supplied) on the same day for a very reasonable price (based on the price comparisons I did). He was punctual and the consummate professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and ensured the area was clean once complete. The added bonus is that he is a Retired Army Veteran who still has a great work ethic. We were honored to have him service us. Will keep him in our contacts for future plumbing services. Mr. Houston, thank you for your outstanding service to our family and to your country!! Hooah!!

Mr. Houston contacted us immediately, was very professional and reliable. He came in, diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, ordered parts and returned to install them once received. He remained in contact with us regarding delivery of the parts and when he would return to install. Mr. Houston is extremely personable and we would definitely recommend him and use him again.

He was a no show and a no call after appointment was booked. Then found out he was over charging me by $248. He was charging me $198 for a $75 part and $195 for labor which I paid the other Company $110. He also was trying to charge an additional $45 for figuring out my issue when I told him what was wrong. All in all, God worked it out!

Very helpful. Obviously knows his business. I will hire Houston appliances the next time I need that type of help.

Lennie was excellent. He was responsive, reasonably priced and available same day. Even after repairing my refrigerator he checked in via phone to ensure everything was running smoothly. Any questions/concerns that I had, he answered. He showed me exactly what was wrong and how to correct in the future. I highly recommend Houston Appliances.

I have hired more than a few vendors from this website. They all looked at the project first then gave me an estimate cost of the project. However, this vendor charges you lots of money just for showing up. Even though, I told him exactly What need to get done and what part he need to replace. He does not respond to calls and he does not communicate well with text. Stay away!
