Great Service!! Knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and fast. I contacted this company at 6pm on a Friday. They dispatched one of their experts for 9 am the next day. I will definitely hire them for all of my HVAC needs.

Mr. Houston came to my house on 7/30/2021 and make recommendation I approved to get parts and continue with the repairs but I have been calling him ,left voice mail and texts but he doesn't answer . he charged $ 85.00 .

Houston Appliances provides poor low quality customer service. The response has been horrible and I would go on to say the service professional showed limited knowledge in fixing the product.

This was a horrible experience! Paid for the service but the problem did not fix. The next day I talked with him about the issue then he said will come to fix on Sunday morning. On Sunday morning I called him tried to ask him when will he come but he did not answer the call. I have been trying to call him many times.

He came to my home within an hour of contacting me. He determined that a $300 part was needed for my refrigerator (not including his labor and service charges), and he said he would call me when it came in. He never called. When I contacted him to see what was going on he asked me to text him the make and model information for my refrigerator. I took a picture of the information and sent it to him via text. I never heard from him again. It turns out he didn't know what he was doing. I then went through my home warranty (had to pay for that service call after I had already paid Houston Appliances for his service call) and the technician told me my refrigerator had a refrigerant leak which is not repairable. I ended up purchasing a brand new refrigerator. I should have gone through my home warranty in the first place, but Houston was able to come quicker so I went with him. Big mistake. Don't waste your time, energy and money with Houston Appliances.

Mr. Houston was prompt and personable. He was able to come out the same day, and located the problem easily, where the previous repair man had been unable to figure it out. He got our fridge cooling properly again for a very reasonable price!

Mr. Houston came out on a Sunday and fixed my clothes dryer. It was a heating element replacement and not easy as it was in a difficult area to access. He knew what the problem was from my description of the issue and came prepared with the necessary part. His experience definitely showed! I would hire him again and highly recommend him.

As luck would have it, my refrigerator/freezer went out on a Saturday morning. I did not want to lose all of my food so I was hoping for somebody who worked weekends. Fortunately, Lenny Houston does and he arrived at my house within a few hours. The burned out part on my refrigerator took a day for Lenny to get, but he returned early the next morning and had it fixed within the hour. He is friendly and will talk you through the work he is doing.
