Mr. Houston provides quality service at a very gair price. He came right on time and was a very enjoyable person to speak to.

Lennie Houston is a very decent and honest man. In my case he tried very hard to fix my refrigerator by replacing a part that, per GE, is the problem 90% of the time. Unfortunately it didn’t fix the refrigerator. Lennie gave me a 100% refund and took the loss for the part. He also drove 45 minutes to deliver the refund check. I did not request a 100% refund but he thought it was the right thing to do. In a world full of deception and con artists, it was great to meet somebody like Lennie that conducts himself with integrity and honor. I highly recommend him. He will give you his best effort and if he fails, which I suspect is not often, he will give you a 100% refund.

Not good? Mr. Houston as person was ok. But was not reliable. As a service provider. he was unable to maneuver through the service portion not to mention I paid $49.00 to be told on the day I was to receive service I should get some one else? Not to mention we had to wait for parts to arrive. Would I recommend him NO! This was my First dealing with Home Advisor! I hope this is not any indication of the future. I have quit a few projects I will need help with.

Lenny did a great job with our ice maker replacement. He went above and beyond to find more reasonably priced parts when he did not have to. Very much appreciated his honesty!

Lennie is awesome and knows his appliances! He ordered the necessary parts to complete the repair and he’s very flexible with his time. I didn’t have to take off work to get my machine fixed, and he is prompt. Best of all, there are NO hidden or additional fees after the agreement is made! You won’t go wrong with Houston Appliances.

Still not working properly. So I decided to purchase a new fridge. After notifying the company of my decision to purchase they refunded me $218. It was something that I did not expect.

We called this contractor to fix our dishwasher today. the person on the phone said he would come by 8 pm. He asked us to text a picture of the model. We texted him around 6 pm and asked him if he was coming tonight. He said yes. it is now 9 pm. No text message or explanation. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

After the dishwasher was installed, i discovered a major leak in my basement from the dishwasher. I had to pull it out, fix the leak and reinstall it myself. Mr. Houston was very understanding and offered me a refund.

Mr Houston completed the work well and gave excellent customer service.
