Klappenberger and Son Baltimore

Disaster from start to finish. All new tile had to be redone because of gaps and irregular spacing. Concrete put in shower floor was not sloped properly, had to be taken out and redone. New drywall in shower uneven with gaps around the edges had to be taken down and redone. Paint and trim under vanity not don, holes in wall left unpatches when final invoice came. Vanity scratched. Kitchen cabinet paint has started to peel after 6 months. New Bathroom faucet handle fell off broken.

Not good at returning phone calls. Ued a sub-contractor without telling me. Result was acceptable. Price was OK.

It was a bit frustrating getting my scheduled start date set due to staffing availability. Aside from that obstacle, their work is exceptional. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the new look of our home. Nice job, Joe and Team!!

We really appreciated the work these folks did. Our ceiling had a huge bulge in it. They were able to correct it without replacing drywall. Joe, their foreman, was personable, always on time and efficient. Joaquin who did most of the work, was hardworking and a fast, but fastidious painter. He did a terrific job cleaning up after he finished. A very positive experience at a very competitive price.

Wonderful job! Would definitely hire again

I have reached out to the company and to the supervisor about an issue via text, phone and email. I was able to talk to the supervisor who said he would have check with his crew and call back. That was a month ago and now I have radio silence. Very dissapointed! I thought they were a stand up company otherwise.
