I am an ex emplyee here and i called the owner to ask when he had sent my check and he went off on me cursing at me and threating me because i am calling him and said i was bothering him when i had only called once prior. Also while working for this company i shorlty found out that a few of the employees do herion at the jobsite and that made me not want to further work for this very unprofessional company. I do not recomend working for this company or hiring them to do work for you because you will understand why all these reviews including mine are the way they are and that is a promise.

I canceled a free estimate Ahead of time due to long lead time and then I received a threatening call including curses and personal threats. I’m glad I didn’t choose them as my contractor. I will report to police if they continue the personal harassment and threat. They are a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs.

They installed my fence and when called because I noticed a 1 inch gap between two posts and the 2X4 spanning between them, they had the nerve to tell me that the post might have bowed and maybe the 2X4 had shrunk and it wasn’t the fault of the installers, (They also supplied the materials) and it wouldn’t be fixed without me paying for the materials and a minimum of 2 hours labor. For replacing one 2X4!!!! It would take all 20 minutes to do. After this I took a real close look at all of fence and discovered that while the 1 inch gap was the worst spot, I found several spots of gaps nails not drove in properly. They even cut one 2X4 on a knot and looks like it was cut to a point instead of flat to attach to a post. You’ll never if you used a good company until you have a issue and see how respond!! This company failed miserably.

Initial fence installation went great. However, pressure treated wood was not used and 5 years later the entire fence is falling down.

Not well at all...I pulled the paperwork and was delighted to find that there's a Lifetime Warranty on the fence! When I called CCC though, I was informed that it was a Limited Warranty and the failed weld joints weren't covered. Furthermore the Company was no longer in business that made that gate. I was told it would cost $1600 to have a crew come out and replace the gate...... Mind you, it's a 4' wide, aluminum gate. 2 hinges and a magnetic hasp. Nothing super fancy. I wasn't sure she understood me correctly. After explaining again that I had the paperwork with the lifetime warranty, she again informed me that it only covers a year after install and that the new gate would be $1600. Maybe cheaper in the Winter. In all honesty, they were very professional about the whole deal. I just can't believe that (A) a lifetime warranty only covers 1 year after install and (B) that a 4' pool gate costs $1600. To anyone considering using this company, BE VERY CLEAR ON THE TERMS before signing. I'm still at a loss on how to fix this gate. For now I have it barricaded so my dog or Son don't slip in and drown in the pool. Would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!

Person came out and gave me a quote. I explained that I needed a pool code fence. She said no problem. Gave me final numbers and I asked a couple of questions about stuff. I notice their quote was higher than another company and was informed that was because we use a higher grade of boards. I was also promised and it was wrote on the contract that all my gates would swing out and be self closing.(pool code). Other company would not give me that on my 8ft gates. Estimator assured me that CCC fence would absolutely give me that and even give you a 10ft gate at 8ft price. I was relived to hear all that signed contract and awaited pool people to finish for fence to be installed. Fence was installed and guess what 10ft gates swung in and weren't self closing. Call to complain and was told what I wanted was impossible. I asked why I was promised that and was informed that estimator need more learning of job and should not have told me that. I informed them I have it wrote and was promised it on contract and was informed they would come switch gates but than not guarantee my fence. So be careful even though they write something on a contract that doesn't mean anything. I bet if I didn't pay what was on contract they would have came after me. All they gave me was a $300 of bill. I should have went with other company that was $1800 cheaper cause I would have got same fence installed

Our experience with them was very good. The quality was good. They were prompt and courteous.

Everyone from the saleslady, Christine, to the guys installing our fence were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great response and good quality work and materials. The fence is kind of expensive but definitely decent for the price.

The rep (Jason) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided me a quote within the time he stated, unfortunately, the quote came in too high when compared with another company. When I told him his quote was higher, he called me back in about 30 minutes and was able to drop the price but still couldn't match the competitor. However, due to his professionalism and willingness to try to get as close as possible, I actually worked with Jason extensively to see if his product was different enough to warrant the extra cost. In the long run, it was the same product so I had to go with the other company; however, if their quote came in the same, I would have gone with CCC.

They did a nice job. I was pleased with their work.

It is the kind of fence that lasts and still stands up straight. It was expensive but the quality and craftsmanship is evident. They are local and they were attentive to detail. The owner came out, they really knew what they were talking about and they looked at issues that would be problems. They helped me understand what is involved and what I should expect. They cleaned up well and it was a pretty nice process. I've not always had great respect for people working on my home because they don't always treat my home as their own, but these guys were just really great. I see their vehicles all the time so I assume they do good business. It went very well, my expectations were met, part of the product still remains and it looks as good as the day they put it up.

The job looks beautiful. The salesperson was professional and the installation crews aimed to please.

The fence LOOKS GREAT! When I was given an estimate, I thought it was an awesome price. When they came to mark the property, they said they had given me a ''LAST YEAR'S QUOTE'' so after I had already agreed on them as my fencing company, they raised the price by about $300.00. (I agreed to it because I just wanted to get it up and it was already been a week since the estimate!) They were 11 days late coming to do the job. I had to call and ask when they were coming to install the fence. First day consisted of installing the fence posts. I had just spent $3300.00 on a new lawn front and back. When the contractors left the first day, when they were cleaning up the cement in my driveway, they threw all the cement pieces in to my lawn instead of picking it up!! Although they did a beautiful job on the fencing, they left some debris which we had to clean up and we also had to clean up the cement off the lawn before we could mow the lawn.

The salesman was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The installers were on time, worked diligently, and completed the job on time. They accidentally cut another neighbor's invisible fence which caused that neighbor to ''lose his cool''. The invisible fence wire was several feet on our property, and we never knew it! The young men installing the fence handled this unfortunate situation with character and dignity. It has been 6 months since the installation, and the fence is in terrific shape. We're very pleased. CCC Fence did such a fine job that the next door neighbor (different neighbor) hired them to install about 80 feet of similar fencing on the neighbor's yard adjacent to ours. Both fences look wonderful!
