Great from beginning to end.

The company graciously bumped up my appointment date at my request as my gutters were seriously clogged. The 2-man team with Jason in the lead, arrived promptly at noon and I was afraid they might not be able to do the work as it was starting to rain a bit with the threat of more to come. They said "no problem, we'll take care of everything" and they did and did so quickly and efficiently. My roof was in good shape but they repaired and caulk a gap above my door frame so rain would not enter. Gutters were cleaned front and back and debris blown off back deck leaving everything in good order as they found it. Very polite team, prompt and cheerfully made quick work of a messy job. Now I have peace of mind when it rains, the outflow will go in the right direction, away from my house. Thanks so much.

Jason came early for the scheduled appointment. Early! He was professional, friendly, did not rush through his inspection and minor maintenance, and spent time with me afterwards going over what he found and what he did. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him and Arocon to friends. In fact, I'm giving his card to a friend tomorrow who needs some minor roofing work done in Baltimore.

I ordered this 'big deal' service a week before and even after repeated attempts from my end, I could not get hold of them for scheduling. If their scheduling is this bad, I don't want their service. Going to request Angie's list for a refund.

They were prompt, arriving within the window of time scheduled. Jason came, and he was great. He was well spoken, professional and very personable. He spoke clearly and made sure we understood everything. He even was able to converse with our three year old while working on the roof. Most people probably would have been very annoyed but not Jason. Jason took the time to make sure the work was done properly and he took the time to explain everything short and long term going on with our roof. We really appreciated him. Glad we purchased this. Glad we didn't have to replace the whole thing right now either!

This is our second time using Arocon, and we continue to be very pleased with the quality of their work. The first repair was a relatively minor repair following one of the hurricanes. This time, it was a different story. We needed our roof replaced, and because of our prior experience with Arocon and their Angie's List rating, we contacted them for a quote. The representative arrived at the designated time and took his time explaining our options, etc. We got another quote but decided to go with Arocon because of our prior experience. We had a minor problem when the roofing materials were delivered. Because of a situation out of our control, Arocon was unable to maneuver their truck into our driveway to load the materials on the roof. Instead, they had to leave them in our front yard. I was not home when this occurred and thought I would arrive home to a real disaster. Instead, the materials were neatly stacked to the side of the driveway. Good job, Arocon! The crew arrived early, did an excellent job, cleaned up the debris, and we are very happy with our new roof. Again, good job, Arocon!!

It was good. Kris Kings was the initial sales person and was great. He explained everything that was going to be done and was in the process. We had to reschedule thrice which was the only issue. They came out the scheduled day and finished the job in 6 hours. I had talked to people who had got their roofs done and they said that it was the best deal I could get.

They even came back out and fixed something later that was still leaking. We had comparisons of different roofing companies and they matched the lowest price we had.

Mark arrived early, noting that the weather might become a problem, later. (We had already rescheduled multiple times due to snow on the roof.) He worked quickly and efficiently, finishing just a short time after he was due to arrive. It was a nice change to not have service provided at the end, or after the end of a time window. Mark explained what he did, made suggestions about checking the roof in the future, and which areas might be needing the most watchful attention. Later in the day he sent me photos of the areas that he 'tuned up', and that needed immediate attention. It was a very positive experience. A few months later, I noticed that the area of the carport interior roof was showing MORE leakage than there was prior to the 'repair'. The boot is now sitting above the shingles, rather than how it should be. I called arocon to discuss the issue; she told me that she could send someone out , "for an estimate".

They told us exactly what was wrong. he fixed an area that was leaking in our bedroom. His name was Mark Bruno, he was patient and honest I believe he was a good person.

Everything went very well. The Arocon representative, Larry, was very professional and examined my roof from the inside of the attic and the outside surrounding areas of my home. He discussed the process that his company would used in replacing the roof and showed samples of the type of materials that were to be used in replacing our roof. Larry went over the companies labor warranties and policies with no pressure to sign with his company, I felt very comfortable with him. Once Larry outlined the procedures to be used for the new roof, he wrote up a contract for my review. In looking for a contractor to replace my roof I interviewed four contractors, Arocon was the second of four. I took an average of the total roof replacement costs from these four contractors, and made my decision. Although I was very impressed with the professionalism of my Arocon representative I did not use them. Not because of anything Larry said or did, but my interview with another contractor pushed me in their direction. The Arocon price and the contractor's price that I selected were almost in the same ball park. I forwarded an email to Arocon thanking them for taking out the time to meet with me and informed them that I had selected another contractor.

Jason did our roof tune-up and we were very happy with him. He was professional and did not push the sale of any unnecessary work for our roof. He did offer a lot of advice on a recurring issue with skylights that we were already aware of. We're awaiting an estimate for work that'll address the issue. Considering getting your gutters cleaned alone could cost about $100, the roof tune up was a great deal. We'll use Arocon again.

On the day the work was actually scheduled Jason arrive on time and well presented. He spent some time examining the roof and performed some minor repair work for which he later described in detail to me. The roof was in good shape and did not need more than a tune up. He took time to examine other areas of the house that I was looking to have work done and told me that someone from Arocon would get back to me about. For Jason's work and professional interaction I would give an 'A' there. Unfortunately, if we took Jason out of the picture my overall impression of Arocon was negative. To set up the initial appointment required intervention from Angies List and it was cancelled at the last minute by the contractor which did not show much respect for my time as a customer. After Jason did his work I received a call from Arocon to have someone come up and give me an estimate for the work I was looking to have done. That was this past Friday, March 21st at 10am which was confirmed by Arocon I believe was 24-48 hours prior to the actual appointment. Ten O'clock came and went, there was no call, nothing from Arocon. I have to stay I was not surprised by the forming pattern here which was no respect for me or my time blocked out for them. Jason's work frankly saved Arocon from getting a D or an F from me. I certainly would not do business with them in the future. I am sure there are others out there that have had good experiences but mine was mixed at best.

Beacsue of the frequent snow and bad weather, the time from the initial assessment and repairs was about 2 months. Several additional problems occured during this time due to wind damage, and Mark gladly performed those repairs as well.

Technician spent considerable time explaining his findings.

This was a new deck they were building for us. What should have been a 2 week project ended up taking around 3 months. They said that it took so long because of the weather, however, they did make some errors while building that they had to fix, and they expected us to pay for it. The whole project was very expensive. They did finish the job, and it turned our very nice, but they left the deck extremely dirty and I had to powerwash it myself to get it clean. I would still recommend this company because in the end the finished project was really nice.

No "tune up" work performed as was advertised in the Angie's List solicitation.

The appointment was actually scheduled for 2/21/14 but was rescheduled for the 20th. How cool is that (a provider that reschedules for an earlier date rather than later). Jason showed up about 15 minutes early, explained the work that he would perform and after a detailed explanation he went right to work. Jason took photos showing any roof damage and explained the necessary steps needed to remedy the identified problems including cost and materials. All in all a very pleasant experience and I have retained their services to repair and replace the roof damage. I would definitely use this company again. Kudos to Jason for not minding my dogs.

Everyone we worked with at Arocon was great. I felt taken care of from the very beginning and was treated with kindness and respect (even after showing how little I know about roofs on the phone). I appreciated how education was a part of the estimate and was grateful for all the time Bill took to answer our questions and walk us through the process. My only negative has nothing to do with them. The work done was on the back of the roof so when they called to follow up and see how happy we were, I couldn't tell them anything because I can't see anything without a ladder! I would definitely use Arocon again in the future for other jobs.

He was very professional and too the time to explain what he was looking for.

Eric Consuegra came to meet us at our house. He was very detail oriented and did an excellent job explaining the process as well as the pros/cons of the different materials. From the way he talked, we could tell that he was very interested in the craft and dedicated to doing things right. As engineers, we especially appreciated the time he took to explain things to us in detail. We had another property that needed some gutter work. Eric also inspected the roof of the other property and made good recommendations for our gutter problems. He was very accommodating and worked with us to ensure that we got a price that we could live with. After the roof replacement was done, we had a few concerns about a some of the work. The quality was good but we didn't like the way one or two things looked. Eric was extremely responsive and sent people out to address our concerns until we were satisfied with the results. The gutter work at the other house looked great and we have been extremely happy with that work as well. I would definitely recommend this company. The quality is good and the customer service is outstanding.

We have been really happy with them. We felt the price was worth the inspection. The salesmen we worked with was very informative and gives me great ideas to use. They seem very knowledgeable. Scheduling has been great and they went back to our records so we can have the same technician each time they have come out since we plan to use them for our roof later.

They were just excellent. Rich was great to work with and I was very pleased. Scheduling went perfectly and he did a good assessment of my attic. He gave me good results from the appointment and he gave good suggestions on my sky tubes.

On 1/16, the company came, told me I needed a new roof and gave me a quote. I ultimately decided (after consulting with another roofing company) that I did not need a new roof immediately, I recontacted Arocon to request that they just seal and caulk my roof. I have not heard back and they have not performed the service. I would like a refund, as I do not wish to have them perform work on my home if they are not going to be responsive.

Initial problem with subcontactor whose workorder alledgedly was different than our contract. We called arocon who sent subcontractor back to our house within a week to complete full job. Arocon phoned to followup. All was fine
