The worker said it cost extra to remove gutter guards. I asked how much extra and he said $30. I asked if I could write a check and didn't have the cash. He couldn't do the cleaning without removing the gutter guards. He said, 'didn't they tell you that on the phone? ' I said no and asked if they could add that to the credit card. He said no, that I could give him either cash or check made out to him. I wrote him a check for the additional fee made out to him.

After months of trying to diagnose the leak we called Arocon, they found the leak and replaced the area. It has been a few months now and there is no more leak.

The technician was friendly, professional, and informative.
He explained that he examined the roof and the gutters and that he cleaned the gutters, primarily those located in area with trees where leaves are, of course, a concern.
We did receive photos of the inspection by email. However, we have not yet received the 21-point attic, roof, and gutter report.

I bought the $99 gutter cleaning deal through Angies list. I got the appointment for the cleaning after three weeks. Jason came to do the work and was very nice and polite. He cleaned the gutters and showed me photos of the gutter before/after the work. He used a blower to clean the gutters which is a bit messy but he cleaned up the mess after the work and used a hose to wash the deck where the dirt & the leaves fell. The ones that fell in the yard go away only after mowing the yard.
At the end he took the time to explain the condition of the roof and the gutter. There were no leaks on the roof or sealant issues with the gutters but he provided his suggestions and the options available for future. Overall I think it was money well spent and I would recommend them.

Provider arrived on time and performed the service. Overall good experience. I had been having small leaks with major storms, the gentleman who serviced my home applied roof patches around multiple post and pipe flashings. We had rain in the previous days so he could not seal at the deck/house flashing because it was still wet. He provided me with caulking and I was able to do that myself once the decking dried.

The service itself was fantastic. They were punctual and professional and did a great job cleaning out our gutters. As part of the inspection, they found some rotting facia board and recommended replacing our entire gutter system for upwards of $2.5K. This estimate was an order of magnitude higher than other companies we got quotes from, and still others that recommended that we not get them replaced at the time. We couldn't shake the feeling that the gutter cleaning service was to get in the door to suggest an costly and unnecessary replacement.

I purchased the $99 for Gutter Tune-Up and Gutter Cleaning from Angie's List. Jason came out and inspected my gutters. He said that they were in excellent shape. I did have a mesh gutter guard that had collapsed and one that hag been blown off the roof. Jason cleaned the gutters and replaced the guards. Where the gutter guard had collapsed, there was a build up of debris that was impacting water going down the spout. Jason advised me off the contents (the mucky stuff was the topping of the shingles and the loss is a starting indication that the roof should be watched). I felt that I was not getting a sell job. Jason has been out here 3 times over the years, is always professional and he has never left with me feeling like I've been with a "car salesman". I think he is one of the most honest and trustworthy professional that I have dealt with, I highly recommend Arocon and, if you can, ask for Jason.

This company was great to work with from the start. They were easy to communicate with. Scheduling was easy, though they were fairly booked so they had to schedule me for 3 weeks out. They gave me a 3 hour window for when they were coming. Someone showed up exactly on time, actually slightly early, and was very professional. While he was there, he also took a look at my deck and is going to get me an estimate on that. He also gave me some advice on another project that I am tackling myself. The actual gutter cleaning and repair was very quick. It took under an hour for him to clean the gutters and nail in some popping nails. My three story town house was no issue for him at all. I plan to use them again.

Jason was fantastic! He thoroughly explained the process before he started. I really appreciate that he took before and after photos of his work. It gave me great confidence in the job he performed. The job was done professionally and quickly! After he was done with the gutters he sat down with me and discussed some work that I had approached him about. There was no hard sell on his part.
That was refreshing compared to other contractors! He actually called his office and helped me set up an appointment with his estimators for the additional work I was looking to have done. After this he did a great job of cleaning any debris that was left over.
You couldn't even tell he was there! I would highly recommend this company and will contact them for any future work.

Arocon was very professional, from the original salesman who explained everything and provided a fair price with no gimmicks like 'this price is only good today' like I got from other companies. I did not decide right away and they worked with me patiently to go over various options and costs. They were quick to schedule the job and got it mostly done in one day. I asked them to come back and finish some left over items and have their inspector make sure everything was done correctly since I could not get up on the roof myself to check. They send someone in a few days to put in a piece of gutter guard that was missed and some flashing that was missed allowing squirrels to get in the attic. Their inspector found some chimney flashing that had to be redone and they took care of that. There were a few scraps of materials and roof nails that were missed on cleanup but very minor amounts. I would hire them again.

Once AROCON and I connected they were able to schedule the visit right away. The roof technician was early and very friendly and informative. They performed the work in a timely fashion: a bit less than 2 hours or so. I received a detailed written evaluation covering my attic, roof and gutters along with a practical recommendation. AROCON provided photos of before and after their work. Very nice company. I have already recommended them and will use them in the future.
