Jason was great! He is a wonderful representative for the company.

I contacted this company through Angie's List and no response after several days. I called the company and left a message with information for the work I wished to have completed. Nobody replied to either of the contacts I sent the company.

We had to wait two weeks to have service done; they stay busy. The team was here on time and finished in an hour. The clogged gutter works perfectly now ( we got a chance to test it in the rain a couple days after). The inspection was very clear in documentation, and clearly explained by the technician. We will have them do some minor roof work again in a few weeks. Other than the wait, this was a perfect experience.

The only service provided was inspection and estimate. Staff came to inspect the roof because there were leaks near ridge vent. He told me that ridge vent need replacement and estimated over $1000 to replace the vent. He recommended that roof needs replacement and gave an estimate. The total replacement estimate was reasonable but vent replace estimate was too high perhaps their vent are really super. I got the vent fixed for about $400 by another contractor as the rest of the roof has at least couple years left and other houses in neighbor- hood have not yet started replacing their roof. The person was professional and I won't mind calling them again for replacement quotes when I am ready in a few years.

Jason was great and told us everything we needed to know about our roof. He didn't try to push any unnecessary services, and gave us the good news that the roof is in good shape.

The Company determined that our roof is too steep for just one worker. Our roof structure does not met their service requirement. My guess is that $99. service is for the type of roof that one worker would be able to do the job.

Person inspected the roof, replaced the shingles that needed replacing (or were missing), resealed/caulked appropriate areas. Provided feedback on condition of roof which stated that it needed to be replaced due to wear & tear, age, and builder grade material. House built in 1995 so is nearing 20 year mark, however, we haven't had any problems with it, so I think it is a bit soon to consider, although it is getting close so probably good advice.

We purchased this deal on June 11. We weren't contacted by the service provider to set up an appointment. We called the service provider on June 19 to try to make an appointment and was told that our roof didn't qualify for the deal.

Will More (Arocon) did a great job he showed up promptly after a small administrative mix up with the addresses. He begin by inspecting my attic insulation and then promptly heading to roof for inspection in tune up. When he was complete he provide a detail synopsis on the state of my roof and I was email pictures. I was very pleased with his professionalism and will be calling him back out for a tune up.

I've tried to reach them numerous times and left 3 messages with their answering service. Last message was left on Friday morning, but I have yet to receive a return call. So I am unable to provide a rating an fair rating.

My experience with Arocon was excellent. In by business I deal with many contractors who are more concerned about their next job then the one on which they are currently working. This was not the case with Arocon. They were very dedicated in making sure that they understood what the problem was concerning my roof. I would like to thank Mat Whitaker who explained the problem and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I would also like to thank Chris Younger and Scott Rhoades who worked on my roof and corrected the problem. I also found the cost reasonable and I highly recommend using Arocon for roofing and other construction projects.

He was very conscientious. He cared about his job and was proud of his work.

I wanted to figure out when I was going to need to have it repaired. It went good. He went up on the roof and took pictures and emailed them to me. We had a little trouble getting them out.

They did a good job and I just needed to know when I would be needing repair work. They were courteous.

We purchased a roof inspection and repair deal from Aracon at the Carroll County Home Show. Jason was prompt and courteous. He climbed all over the roof, taking extensive photos and notes, as well as making minor repairs as he saw them. He then went over everything with me and explained the current issues and potential future issues with my roof. He did not pressure me to buy anything but gave a fair assessment of my roof's current state. I would not hesitate to hire Aracon to replace my roof.

Went well. Technician was professional, friendly, and curtious. He explained the current condition of roof, helped with siding issue (which he did not have to do since it wasn't part of package I had purchased), and revealed some issues that my home inspection hadn't uncovered.

Tune up started on time however, it started to rain and the technician worked until it got to dangerous. Stated that he would have the office reschedule ASAP and have a sles rep contact me regarding a new roof. I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks and by the time they did call back, I already had my roof replaced.

Jason arrived promptly to provide the Roof Tune-up. He was very thorough and explained what services he would be providing. I was very impressed with the service, he even took pictures while on the roof to share with me. I would recomend the Roof Tune-up, and plan omn using Arocon in the future!

Larry Bullen arrived as scheduled. He was very professional, courteous, explained the installation process, and answered my questions. Larry returned several days later to sign the contract for the entire asphalt roof replacement and explained the financing options offered by Arocon. The project was completed as scheduled. Denny and the installation team did an excellent job. Cleanup was very good. I am considering Arocon for replacement of my gutters. I would easily recommend Arocon. Update. I never received $150.00 refund for roof venting not installed.

*****************************************************************UPDATE************************************************************** After my initial review and F rating were published here, the owner, David, accompanied the estimator on a visit to my house. The owner seems like a good guy who is interested in making sure that the client is happy and that the job is done well. David was able to give me a much better idea what is going on regarding the project and the issues that they are facing on their end. It turns out my project is tricky. Based on our discussion, I think that I would use the company again because they are capable of giving good service. However, all the things I listed in my initial review were true, so I am still wary. I am waiting to see how they handle the follow-up from this meeting before I can truthfully upgrade my rating further. Also, I am disappointed that the initial quote on the job is so different from what they are now telling me. I feel that the initial quote should have been accurate, not low-balled. ***************************************************************************************************************************************** I am having THE WORST EXPERIENCE with this contractor. I had the estimate performed 2 months ago. I sent in the contract and deposit over a month ago. I AM JUST GETTING THE RUNAROUND. They were supposed to install a new Duralast roof on my house to fix some leakage issues. I did everything on my end (signed contract and sent deposit). THEY NEVER SCHEDULED THE ROOF. I have called them many times and I get no answers. I have had multiple people come to my house and look at the roof, and now they are saying the contract will have to change AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE PRICE IS GOING TO GO UP!!! How can that be the case when they are the ones who quoted the initial work and nothing has changed since that time???!!? I have been trying to get them to schedule a new quote, and they won't even do that. I called multiple times last week and twice today. They keep saying they will call me back BUT THEY DO NOT CALL ME BACK. I am so angry and disappointed. The roof we need replaced is over the baby's room, and he can't sleep in there until there is a new roof. TWO MONTHS IS LONG ENOUGH TO WAIT JUST TO GET SCHEDULED!! I have call logs and emails to back this up. IT IS A NIGHTMARE.

The appointment went very well. They were originally scheduled to arrive between 5-7 PM but ended up having an opening earlier in the day. They arrived on time and were quick and professional, explaining every step and answering all of my questions.

We were impressed with Arocon from the initial contact to the job's completion. Thet gave us a fair price and then matched a competitor's lower price as is their guarantee. Arocon delivered materials on time yesterday. They arrived early this morning and went right to work with minimum disruption. They worked steadily with no break and finished early. They were very courteous, professional, efficient, and thorough. They brought everything they needed and cleaned everything before they left. They had onsite and offsite supervision with same day followup to assure that we were satisfied. The roof looks great and we know it was done correctly since my husband watched every step of the construction. We are very pleased and highly recommend Arocon!

Everyone showed up on time and got the job done very well - and quickly (about 4 hours?) I found a new leak before the new roof was put on, and after heavy rains last night, everything is looking good! Their price was very competitive and they were one of the only companies I found that would still guarantee their work (10 year warrantee) even though I have an existing roof deck on my house. I would highly recommend Arocon roofing!!!
