This company is fantastic. From their customer service reps ( Brittany is so friendly!) to their technicians (Mikey and Will). They were very easy to communicate with, both thru text, email and phone. Very prompt. They even called to offer a sooner date for service due to cancellations. We ended up having to reschedule due to high wind, but they still came out just to double check it wasn't possible, called me from the van to let me know they would need to reschedule. Brittany called to book the new appointment within an hour and they were able to still do the service the same week. Mikey and Will were the technicians who did the service. They were very polite, very good at explaining the entire process, and wore their masks the entire time. They showed before and after pictures of everything they did, plus emails me copies of everything. They were great at explaining extra services ( such as we had an old satellite dish removed) and offering their annual protection program without it being a pushy sales thing. We did purchase their annual roof/gutter protection plan because the company was fantastic and we definitely want to continue to use them. High recommend!

Arocon was prompt, thorough and detailed in their proposal and explanations. When the crew arrived Saturday, there was a coordinated team of over 20 that immediately went to work, followed a systematic process and replaced everything within 6 hours- excellent work, great clean up, hard workers and hands on foremen. Brock and Andrew made sure every detail was addressed to my satisfaction and the crew worked nicely together.

Bryan and Zach provided excellent service with the roof inspection and tuneup. They went above and beyond examine the roof, gutters, soffit, etc., and making the needed repairs. They took the time to explain to me what they found, discussed options, and answered all of my questions. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Ellicott was very helpful and knowledgable . I asked many questions which he answered graciously.He went up on the roof, took pictures of the clogged downspouts and gutters, two exposed nails and withering caulk which he resolved by blowing out the gutters and down spouts and sealing the nails with caulk. As much as roofs cost it makes good sense to use this company to maintain it. Plus the price was right. It doesn't get any better than that.

Elliott Smith of Arocon is the man!! After other guys from the roof companies I had earlier contacted failed to identify the abuse of my roof leak, Elliott came and in no time identified the trouble spots/ areas and showed me pictures. He went above and beyond in his diligence, professionalism and expertise. He thereafter proceeded to fix the leaks. Because of his excellence, I will not hesitate to recommend Arocon for any roofing job.

Highly recommend this company! Everyone I spoke with, including techs, was pleasant, competent and professional. They did repairs on my roof that other companies could not do or would not do as they couldn't make enough money. Nik & Elliott get a special thanks for actually doing the repairs. I will certainly use for larger projects.

Brock went above and beyond in determining the root cause of the living room leaks. He spent several days trying to contact my home insurance provider to try to convince them to pay for the whole roof (instead of paying for repairing only half of it). There aren't many companies out there whose people are willing to spend this much time to make a customer feel so important. I can't thank Brock enough.

Gutter Cleaning
Representative who called me said they wanted to also do inspection and work on roof, which I did not need, and they would only blow out the gutters with a leaf blower. Why do they advertise here for gutter cleaning if they do not really do gutter cleaning? A waste of my time.

Using a blower to blow out your gutters allows our techs to provide the work that is also advertised in our roof & gutter tune up. Our gutter cleaning is a courtesy to our customers since we are already up on their roof. If we were to use any type of water along with our listed services the caulk used would not adhere properly. I am very happy that our office staff was able to explain this process to you prior to you scheduling an appointment."

I have a very complex old roof with poor ventilation. I had never truly understood the best solution for my situation until I spoke with Jason Easton from Arocon.. He explained to me my situation and proposed optimal solutions for our roof. He was even willing to come and speak with my neighborhood board to explain the differences in roofing solutions.. They were as impressive by his knowledge and experience as I was. It was a pleasure to work with him and Arocon and I will continue to consult with them on any future roofing needs that we might have. I can't recommend him and Arocon enough for any complex roofing and situations that one might have.

Gutter Cleaning, Garage and Shed Building
The cleaning itself went fine. They did a good job doing the cleaning. BUT they drilled several holes through my new roof from the top of the shingles to install the harness. The holes were patched with "industrial Grade" calk. This was done without asking first and this is unacceptable. I have gutters cleaned for many years and this is the first time a company actually drilled the roof just to clean the gutters.

In order to do so we follow all OSHA guidelines, and have trained our employees per OSHA to "tie off" every time they get onto a roof. In order to "tie off" properly they are to attach their anchors to the roof. The service that you purchased was the roof and gutter tune up. This means that not only do we blow out the debris from your gutters, but we also do an overall inspection of the roof and gutter system along with some minor repairs. This is all laid out in our roof & gutter tune up description. Our rooftechs are professionals and know the importance of taking care of the holes once the anchor is removed. "

The guy came out and could not find a obvious leak but found what he believes to be the source. It is not a issue that he believes homeowners would cover, so I will call them when I can come up with the money. Overall however I was extremely impressed and very satisfied with how things went.

Erik and Alex performed an inspection of my roof, added caulk and nails where needed, cleaned the gutters, and gave me a full explanation and written report, complete with pictures. I was so pleased with their service and I highly recommend these two gentlemen as well as the company. They were so professional, friendly, and prompt. They spent as much time as I needed them to, to explain and answer my questions. I was extremely satisfied, and will use this company again!
