Preston and Byron did a quality and thorough job. Made one minor nail pop repair and they were on their way. After blowing gutters, Preston even blew some leaves out of my front yard. Was sent roof inspection report and 34 pics. Looks great. Every interaction with AROCON is positive and I would recommend.

I took advantage of their $199 promotion. It appears the two-man team did an outstanding job. the made numerous repairs and provided photos of all their work and progress, before and after. Clean up was extremely well done. They went above-and-beyond by blowing all the debris and other fallen leaves off my patio and left it all in very neat pile. Simple to clean up.

We appreciate the thorough inspection that Zachary and Andrew conducted, including inspection of the attic. From the many photos they took of the roof, we can see that they did several maintenance repairs, including caulking, re-nailing, etc. They discussed with us the condition of our roof, explained what they found and the maintenance/repairs they had performed. They also discussed with us new roof options when it is time to replace the roof. They did a great job, the roofers were very polite and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. They explained all of their work with us and took before and after photos so we could see everything. They did a good job at cleaning up everything when they were finished. We will definitely be having them come back for future needs. The techs, Mikey and Chris, were flawless. Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The fixed the immediate problem of a missing cap shingle and did detailed maintenance on the rest of the roof. Their report was very helpful.

Mikey and Chris did an exemplary job! They arrived on time after calling me to advise their estimated arrival time. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made. I am very pleased with AROCON and definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend!

everything went as planned. the tech (Elliot Smith) showed up on time, did the inspection then took the time to discuss the findings and answer my questions. He made couple of recommendations, which I plan on doing including having this inspection done annually. I certainly recommend Elliot and AROCON.

Service went great. Available dates were a little backed up but reasonable. The technicians, Mikey and Garret, showed up on time and called with a 20 min ETA. Service was well explained, with pictures, and honest assessment of the roof's condition was given without aggressive upselling. Work was conducted quickly and done well. I used Arocon for my roofing needs at a prior residence and will use their services again.

Wil and Jack did an outstanding job fixing an issue with my attic fan. They are very thorough, took many pictures, and noticed that I also needed a vent for my bathroom fan. Also very courteous and informative. Thank you!

They completely rebuilt our roof, installed 19 new windows and re-sided the entire house. The entire crew was extremely professional and hardworking. If I had to call the office, they always answered the phone and once scheduled, the crew arrived on time, every time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional contractor. They were also well priced especially when you consider the quality of the workmanship. From the estimator, to the crew, to the office staff, it was a great experience and they have a customer for life. We have built 3 houses and worked with many contractors over the years. Arocon is terrific from start to finish.

When the sales rep came out to give us a quote, he provided a complete description of the work required, a number of brochures describing the products used and the options available. He also included a detailed, itemized list of tasks in the prepared proposal. We did not decide right away on Arocon because we wanted to give other contractors an opportunity to also provide quotes. While we were waiting to decide, the Arocon rep did NOT apply any pressure but was extremely responsive to any questions we had regarding the installation. When ever we would send in a question, responses came back within 24 hrs and often times, the same day. When we finally selected Arocon as the vendor, they were able to schedule the installation when it was convenient for us and then kept to the agreed to schedule. On the day of the installation, a huge crew arrived at our home and prepared the site so that scrubs and bushes surrounding the house would not be harmed during the installation. Each person in the crewed appeared to have separate but coordinated tasks and worked diligently and professionally to complete them. All the work was completed in about a half day and no traces of their activity were left on the premises. I was totally satisfied with the finished product and would recommend Arocon to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

Arocon continues to exceed expectations. Their yearly service plan is well worth the money. The roof is one of the most important aspect of a house, and Arocon's service keeps me off the roof and provides peace of mind that my home is protected.

Just wanted to thank the folks at Arocon Home Improvement for an emergency response today.
