The company was very responsive in setting up the appointment and confirming it the day before. The individual from the roofing contractor was courteous and called me to let me know he would be in the area early because of a cancellation. That happened to work for me and I appreciated the call. He inspected the property by walking around my home and then went up on the roof for about 30-45 minutes. He showed me photos of his work and the particular areas of the roof. He provided me with a detailed description of areas that are problems and described the inspection on all parts of the roof, the repair work he performed and the general "health" of my twenty year old roof. While he recommended replacement, he was not pushy or aggressive about it. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of both the company and their employee (Hunter). When I do decide to replace the roof, I will likely call Arocon for at least an estimate.

One of their employees (Ian) came by to look at what was needed, and promised an estimate, but despite many many calls and emails all that we eventually received - months later - was an estimate for work that we hadn't requested (we suspect we received someone else's estimate).

Henry showed up on time, said he was going to turn it over to his repair people since it was a small job. He took some pictures. Never heard back from the company again. What a waste of my time.

Very well Tech was polite and prompt and cleaned up debris after cleaning gutters.

Work was performed. They scheduled to come back to give me a roof estimate and did show but I never revived the estimate or heard from them again

The gentleman (Mr. Hunter Riley) who did the inspection and cleaning performed an exceptional job. He arrived on time, was efficient and thorough. He cleaned our gutters and inspected the roof. He also took photos of different parts of the roof and emailed them to me. I would recommend them without reservation.

I was unable to get this job completed due to scheduling issues. I initial date for service was set, but no technician showed up. When I called the answering service on the day that the service was to be performed, they advised that they would have someone call me back. No one called me back after several days. I called back to the business twice. The first time, I spoke to Nancy who advised me that my technician had an emergency and was unable to complete the service. The second time I called, I spoke to Linda (the person who set the initial appointment) to inquire why after calling twice (once to the answering service and another time to Nancy) why my calls weren't being returned. I was advised that calls were made to my home. Not sure why, when repeatedly I provided my cell phone number as the best contact. My issue was not just the fact that there was no real effort to reschedule the service, but the condescending attitude that Linda had. Not only did she not apologize for the error that was made, she frequently attempted to over talk me. No reason was ever provided for why they made attempts to reach me by using my home phone when my cell phone number had been provided. Prior to purchasing this service, I met with a representative of the company (Ian, who was absolutely wonderful) to get a replacement roof, doors, and windows for my home. I am so glad that I had a chance to see what the customer service is like with this company prior to making a big purchase.

I wasn't here when the work was done, so there wasn't any interaction. However, I had no issues with the experience. After they were out, the gushing water problem with an area of the gutters was no longer an issue.

He arrived at my house before I did, which I appreciated! He immediately set to work and within an hour my gutters were cleaned out and inspected, and he informed me there were no major issues. Definitely would hire again.

After many windy days, I decided to get a roof inspection. Hunter from AROCON came to inspect the roof. He was very professional. He went over the list of the items he checked and showed me photos. His inspection gave me confidence that my roof can handle more windy days.

Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Hunter called before arriving and arrived right on time. He quickly climbed up the roof and showed me the photos he took and the "diagnosis." He showed me how he would match the colors of the missing shingles, and he fixed them as well as some other flashing, etc. to prevent leaks. When he was finished, he explained what he did and said we might need to see him again before the roof was 25 years old. If I have to get a new roof (and I'm sure I will) I will be sure to use Hunter and Arocon.

TJ and Hunter were very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained exactly what work was performed and provided an analysis of the inspection and a recommendation for the future of my roof.

Excellent service, fixed a gutter that had come detached from the roof and made sure there weren't any other problem areas.

Excellent job. The technician had an emergency on the day of the original appointment. But they rescheduled quickly. No hassles at all.

I was pleased with the work done, and appreciated advice about how much time the shingles have before needing replacement. He was clear that he would not be giving estimates for any work, only what work needed to be done. Pictures were taken, and they were included in the written report e-mailed to me several days later.
