They did an awesome job. The job took 7 hours, the area was fairly clean when they left.

Storm came and had to reschedule, they came on time, actually early which was fine with me. Performed work efficiently and checked roof. No additional work was needed.

They were early for appointment, quick and very professional. They completed all of the work and pointed out other issues without trying to up sell other services. I would hire them again.

Told some roofing nails needed to be hammered and gutter hanger needs to be adjusted, and would send someone out. No one was ever sent. Gutters needed to be cleaned and adjusted after Arocon's visit

I could write a book about my 9 month ordeal which started last June and I am still suffering the consequences. Repairs and new install failed and I am left with a mess. They never wanted to take ownership just plenty of excuses. I did not want to write this but I felt it was only right to give others a heads up. I am out $7,000.00 that I paid Arocon and another $5,000.00 in the meantime trying to clean up the mess they left me. I had three other roofing companies come out and evaluate and all three reported that the wood was unexceptable. The entire roof they installed had a lot of areas of decencies and not just around the AC unit that they claimed was the issue. I have plenty of pictures , roofing companies reports of arocon's work, FIRE dept report, etc which I am contiplating to post or not. I gave them so many opportunities to make it right and I am sure they will give plenty of excuses why none of the work performed succeeded but the bottom line Was that they left me in a mess and have my $7,000.00. Funny enough they were prompt in sending me another invoice even though all work performed had failed. Just be careful and still contimplating about posting further reviews with the pictures , fire report and several roofing companies findings of Arocon's repairs and install ( and the install did not fail due to one area of roof, the entire roof install was poor).

We purchased an Angie's list special for $99 for gutter cleaning. The company contacted us very quickly, arranged for an appointment. Unfortunately when they came out it was too cold and the gutters were completely frozen, so they did what they could and then they came out again. They ended up having to come out twice more because of the weather. They were very professional. Took pictures to show us what they did and surveyed our roof also - which is relatively new, so didn't need any work. They didn't charge us for the extra visits. They cleaned up nicely each time. Would definitely use them again.

A full report of the problem was given. Plus, there were pictures of roof and gutters and everything we cannot see from the ground. A really nice experience. This inspection was re-scheduled three times. The dispatcher was kind and patient throughout. We did not pay beyond the initial Angie's List payment.

I liked that they came out and fixed some of the lifted shingles, they also inspected and did a maintenance package, which was very reasonable, and it was a good service. Very informative, and gave helpful information.

Hunter, their roofing tech, was great! I was very impressed with their honesty and knowledge, they were very straightforward.

Hunter was my service provider. He was prompt, professional, informative and thorough. I would definitely ask for his service again in the future. He gave me tips on what to look for in the future, provided photos of the roof before the work was done, and treated me with respect and courtesy throughout the job.

Service was great came in cleaned gutters, and cleaned up after service. Great professionalism and on time service.

Communication with the company was excellent. Will, the person sent to look at the roof, was prompt, easy to work with, knowledgeable and his persona allowed me to trust that he did the work he said he did. At the time of this review, I have no complaints about the service provided.

The roofing technician (Hunter) got here on time and was very professional in explaining what he did and what needed to be done.

They offered a suggestion, but I didn't take it. It was fine. They were good. I think they were on time. The guy cleaned up.

There were a few weather related delays that pushed my job back a couple days, but Mike kept me updated timely on the new dates for materials delivery and the job. Material delivery went smoothly. On the job day, the crew arrived promptly in the morning and got right to work. Only took about 6 hours to complete. Cleanup was great. There haven't been any issues, though I greatly appreciate the peace of mind that comes with their 10 year labor guarantee on top of the manufacture warranty for the shingles. I would absolutely use AROCON again! The quality is great, their customer service is fantastic, and the price was second to none.
