IT TOOK TWO MONTHS FROM THE INITIAL REQUEST FOR SERVICE FOR THE ACTUAL WORK TO BE DONE. THE REQUEST WAS MADE ON NOV. 13, 2005. FINAL COMPLETION WAS JANUARY 12, 2006. PERSONNEL WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DIDN'T COMMUNICATE WITH ONE ANOTHER. THEY DEMANDED FULL PAYMENT BEFORE ANY WORK WAS DONE, WHICH WAS REFUSED. IT IS NOW MARCH 28, 2006. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A BILL FOR SERVICES FOR INSTALLATION OR MONTHLY SERVICE. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL ON MARCH 10 THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS OVERDUE. I EXPLAINED TO THE WOMAN THAT NO BILL HAD BEEN RECEIVED. SHE SAID SOMEONE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. ON MARCH 24, THE SERVICE WAS TURNED OFF. I CALLED MARCH 25 AND WAS TOLD THAT SERVICE WAS DOWN COUNTYWIDE BECAUSE OF MECHANICAL FAILURE. ON MARCH 27, I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT SERVICE WAS TURNED OFF DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF THE BILL. I USED A CREDIT CARD TO PAY THE BILL SIGHT UNSEEN. COMPANY REFUSES TO FAX OR E-MAIL THE BILL. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT!
