He was abysmal. I got them through American Home Shield. They came through American Home Shield, so I just paid the deductible on that. I ended up paying them $1500 because we had two toilets here that were malfunctioning, that were original toilets with the house. It was determined that the best option was to just get new toilets and I agreed with that, hundred percent. So we did get two new toilets and then American Home Shield gave me the value of having the old toilets replaced and then it worked out that I still owed $1500 and that was okay with me. The price was okay, but it took them, I think, five trips out here before they finally were able to complete the job. They were very inefficient. The first time they came out, I showed them exactly what was wrong. They went back and two days later called and said they couldn't figure out what was wrong and I said, "Well, I showed you what was wrong." So then, they came back a second time and needed to get the model number of the toilet. So they photographed it from inside the tank, rather than just write it down and then, a couple of days later they had to come back out because they couldn't see their own photograph. So it was just constant. When they finally did get around to installing the toilets, I ordered two new toilets with two new matching toilet seats and one of the seats was the right color, the other one, immediately after they left I looked at it and it wasn't the right color. So I called them and they came and installed another toilet seat. So that was another visit. After they left I looked at that and that still wasn't exactly right, but at that point, I figured I can live with that. Anyway, I was not happy about them.
